Minor niggles with the online ordering system
I tried to order online but couldn't. The system wouldn't recognise my account details even though they had been previously registered so I had to register them again and then the system was unable to take payment. I ended up ordering by phone (which was a breeze). The rep I spoke to was helpful and understanding (thankyou). The items I required were in stock and were securely delivered by miday the following day. These were items which I had ordered previously and so I can confirm their quality and efficacy.
