Metro tiles
Product was good price but palette delivery meant was left on side of kerb for me to off load and carry on myself. Delivery driver was not helpful. I noticed that the top 2 tiles in one box are broken.

Second time I've used them now and both …
Second time I've used them now and both times have been completely trouble free. Best price I could find for the tiles I wanted, delivery was free and the driver put a large pallet of tiles and adhesive exactly where I wanted it. Would definitely recommend to anyone with no hesitation.

With regards to our delivery charges, the reason we charge this amount on our metro range is because we have found that sending this type of tile which is fragile until fixed on the wall via a parcel carrier has resulted in high volumes of damaged and unusable product. Which has caused delay and disruption to ongoing projects. This is why we now send all metro orders on a pallet regardless of the size to insure they arrive in good condition.
We do subsidised the delivery cost from our carriers to ensure we are giving our customers the best possible value for money on orders of this type.
