Fantastic experience from start to finish. Regular communication with Louise ensured that everything ran smoothly. On day of the fitting the boys arrived on time and carried out an excellent job fitting both window and doors. For any future work we will surely you this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Louise was able to offer bespoke options that other companies couldn’t, communication was great throughout and very knowledgeable install team did a superb job.

A pleasant and stress free experience. Louise was very open and honest in our many and varied discussions of the products ( I eventually purchased .) The windows and doors were very reasonably priced . Louise was also very knowledgeable of what her company had to offer and as such was able to give me some helpful and constructive advice,without being pushy. Chris and Jim did an amazing job!

The fitter Jim who installed our windows was amazing and carried out the work on time and promptly each day. The fitting is to a high standard and outstanding attention to detail on finishing touches, which really makes the difference. Wouldn't hesitate to leave in my home on own to carry out work, which we did on occasions.

Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. We are over the moon.

From start to finish this was by far the most professional experience I've had when looking for a company to quote us for windows and doors. No pushy sales. No price on the spot pulled from thin air. Great communication from Lousie no matter what the question nothing was too small or big a task. Fitters were lovely and professional and again no pushy sales when asking for fittings for additional shutters... checking we were happy with things as they went along so that everything was completed on fitting to exactly how we wanted. Couldnt recomend them enough!

Stone Valley Windows have been really great to work with and I reommend them highly.
We contacted them initially for replacind a window in our bathroom and have been so impressed that we also went back to them for an accoustic glass window in our room and a new front door with glass suround.
They helped us with the choice of glass and frame and were extremely accommodating for the installation date to fit it to match our bathroom refurb work.
The choice of acoustic glass was upon their recommendation as we needed to block out road noise. This has really made a difference and we are sleeping well ever since.
Or new front door is also from Stone Valley Windows and we could not be happier: installed in a few hours, the friendly team showed us how it's mechanism worked and ensured to clean our home after each visit.
We were really impressed with the level of follow up and how quickly they were getting back to us with any questions. We also have our Fensa certificates included.
We are really happy to have found this supplier.

Highly Recommend Stone Valley Windows Ltd. Louise was fantastic throughout. I was renovating a rental property and limited on budget but Louise assisted me throughout the process, with her knowledge, by providing me with relevant material, colour and finish choice to accommodate my budget. The door was installed sooner than scheduled which was brilliant and the communication throughout was above and beyond. I will definitely be using the company in the future.

Lovely job from Stone Valley Windows the guys problem solved the issues surrounding the removal of my old patio window very well.
They ensured I understood the workings of my new bi fold and took all the debris away lovey clean job.
I would throughly recommend this firm and Louise at the office was extremely helpful and professional.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Louise was great during the initial visit and understood exactly what we wanted. The guys who came to measure up and subsequently fit the windows and door knew their stuff and did a top quality job from start to finish and took pride in what they did. Brilliant. Highly recommend, I can’t fault Stone Valley Windows, they installed an excellent product at a reasonable price and provided a first-class service.

I’m very happy with my new windows and front door, Louise kept me fully informed from order to installation, the fitters were experienced, polite and the house was left in a spotless condition after the work was completed.
We felt very valued as customers and had an excellent experience. If we had any more windows to change, we would definitely use them again.

We were let down by a previous window fitting company and after using Stone Valley Windows I would not hesitate using Stone Valley Windows again, the fitters and Louise were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very experienced fitters who would go out of there way to be helpful.
