Stone Valley Windows have recently installed a new Bay window and a Composite front door. The quote for the work was competitive.
The fitters arrived on time and we were very happy with the installation.
Would fully recommend Stone Valley Windows.

I had 2 windows and a new back door. The windows are fantastic very good quality and the back door is beautiful very a quality they done a fantastic job so quickly and they was very clean. I would recommend these to all my family and friends. Excellent. So pleased..

Outstanding from start to finish.
Louise was amazing throughout with her brilliant customer service from the very beginning right the way through to the end.
She kept us updated, fitted us in as early as possible and rectified any problems straight away.
The fitters working for Stone Valley Windows were also brilliant, friendly and extremely clean leaving very little mess at the end of each day.

Really good communication throughout, really easy to deal with and the quality of the install was amazing. We thought we would need to redecorate but there was no mess or damage to our plasterwork. The quality of the windows was also very good. Very highly recommended

Chris done a fantastic job fitting the windows and doors was clean and tidy at all times and covered all furniture where required. Thank you to all at stone valley windows. They have just finished replacing are hideous old windows with love new pvc sash windows, and the change is amazing. There quality of finish is perfect with great attention to detail.

Louise has been terrific answering queries at all times of the day and night and for keeping us informed of delivery and installation dates. Just has sash windows, patio doors and composite door fitted by stone valley windows and can honestly say what a fantastic job done from Louise calling to give us a quote to the finished job by the most professional trades men around chris and Jim. Communication was always responsive from Louise and nothing was ever too much trouble. Chris and Jim we’re spotless with their work and their attention to detail was faultless and explained everything along the way whilst fitting. We cannot recommend Stone Valley Windows enough. We had quotes from the major suppliers and a number of local firms and quite honestly it was a painful experience. We then found Stone Valley via Rehau. Louise was brilliant, the quote was very fair especially given the quality of the product. Chris and Jim provided a fantastic service and finished the windows to a very high standard. The team worked with us throughout and we’re over the moon with the end result!

From the first phone call to Stone Valley Windows Ltd through to completion our calls/emails were answered promptly. Louise and her team were first class. We were given a good quote for the works (this was our 3rd quote). Chris and Jim fitted the windows (8 in total) and 2 composite doors, everything was fitted beautifully and looks amazing. Once the works were completed they tidied after themselves. We have dealt with a few various contractors whilst renovating our property and I have to say these guys have been the best company we have worked with. Tied with that and the standard or work and quality of windows/doors, I would recommend them to family and friends, and would have no hesitation in using them again. A huge thank you to them.

From start to finish, Stone Valley have been superb. Nothing was too much trouble, from the samples that Louise brought down on several occasions, to continually keeping us informed, to the helpful suggestions - superb customer service all round.
When it came around to the installation process, the lads were excellent. Quick, efficient, thorough and fully tidied up at the end of each day.
