StoneX Bullion offers very competitive prices, making them an attractive choice for anyone looking to invest in precious metals without paying excessive premiums. Their order tracking is excellent — they keep you updated at every stage of the process, from preparation to delivery, which inspires confidence while you wait.
However, for the €30 charged in shipping fees, I consider it a downside that the courier only asks for a signature without any additional authentication. This can be concerning, especially for higher-value purchases, as in practice, anyone present at the delivery address could collect the package.
Overall, a company with great prices and outstanding tracking, but with room for improvement in delivery security.

Ordered twice now, and really content with it.
Pricing is better then in The Netherlands, also the shipping costs are lower.
And I got it delivered next day in the morning!
So thats absolutely great.
One downside, there's a lot "out of stock" but I can't fault them for that really.

Stay away from StoneX
I strongly advise against ordering from StoneX if you want to avoid losing your items. My experience has been incredibly frustrating; they are unprofessional and unhelpful. My package was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by a stranger. UPS provided proof of delivery with the incorrect address. Despite the item being insured, StoneX is not honoring their commitments. If issues arise, you will find no support from them. I plan to file complaints in the Netherlands and Germany and will keep you updated on the situation.
Update: StoneX refunded me the amount after closing the case with UBS. Bea and Valentina have been chasing and following up with UBS which I do really appreciate.
