Brilliant experience - from the UK.
If you're ordering from the UK, do not hesitate to order from this company. Yes, you do have to pay VAT at 20%, however in my case I did not pay any import duty, I instead paid a UPS brokerage fee of £13.60.
The prices for silver and palladium are extremely good, from ordering it took about 2 weeks to be delivered from Germany with fully tracked UPS. That being said, it is still definitely worth it. As previously mentioned, the prices are brilliant, the packaging is perfect and very secure, and the customer service is excellent - quick replies and very informative.
Once your parcel enters the UK, it will generally sit in a UPS warehouse for around 3 days before you will get a message saying you need to pay import fees.
Overall, I would highly recommend StoneX Bullion especially to UK customers as the price on silver here is already 20% higher than other countries due to VAT, but even with that StoneX Bullion are significantly cheaper.

Good but not great
Pros: In the end this company did what they promised to do and sold gold at a good price.
Cons: I ordered on April 5th they received my payment on April 8th and on April 10th and April 14th I emailed them with no response. At this point I started to get very worried naturally. (I purposely bought items that were in stock but the following day on their website under My orders is stated 'awaiting delivery of your product' so this might explain some of the delay.... in the end I received my shipment on April 23rd... Over 2 weeks after they received my payment without any additional comments from them.... my guess would be they are extremely busy due to the highly increasing gold price currently but at least an explanatory email should have been provided.

Just a weak point that stonex bullion does not do for French customers and it is a shame.
Because we need numbered seals and the number of each seal must be written on the purchase invoice for the French tax administration.
