Very fast and reliable

Once again and amazing experience with StoneX Boullion.
I placed my order Thursday afternoon, and initiated the bank transfer immediately. Friday the transfer was processed in my country and I sent the proof to StoneX.
The customer service replied quickly and thanked me for the proof.
Monday morning the transfer was received and the order packed and shipped within hours.
I received my order Wednesday noon with UPS.
Everything went perfectly (as it already did the first time I ordered with StoneX), and I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quick handling of the orders.
Amazing company, hats off and a big.thanks to the employees working there!

During last 19 months, I had been buying to Stonex Bullion different products, mostly gold, already around 7 times, very decent amounts of money.
And I had been selling to them, a couple of times.

In one hand, I agree completely with all the different good reviews, comments I had read a couple of minutes ago, regarding Service, seriousness, quickness, etc.

But one thing that I like very much, and it is important, is at the time of selling to them.
In less than a week, from the moment I send the parcel to Stonex Bullion through UPS, I had the money in my bank account.
All the transaction went very smoothly, no wandering, peace of mind.
Moreover, the price at which they valorized the gold bars I sent to them, it was exactly the same that it was posted on their webpage at the time they did the pickup (all bars in perfect condition).
Which means, you can predict very accurate the price at which they are going to pay to you.

On the other hand, UPS, at this time, could be their weakest link. Sometimes they can do a very sloppy job, delivery.

I am looking forward to doing more business with Stonex Bullion.
At this time, I see them as a very serious, reliable business.
A very good company to do a safe and clear business with, at which you can have "peace of mind" during the time of the transaction.
Being an Internet business!!! Where trust, many times, it is so difficult to achieve.

Everything went smooth, good delivery time regardless Christmas and New Year. I'm in Croatia, no shipping problems, except I would suggest that for so expensive items, the delivery company asks for ID. The delivery man just gave the package, he didn't confirm that's that me - the person who ordered.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service from StoneX; however, I faced a small issue with the UPS delivery. I received a message stating that the expected delivery time was by the end of the day, but the parcel arrived before noon while I was not at home.

After following up with UPS, I was eventually able to collect my parcel from a point of sale rather than the head office, which I had originally been informed it would be returned to. Thankfully, I called again before heading to the head office, as the information provided earlier was not accurate.

I understand that this issue was not related to StoneX, and I will definitely use their services again. However, I recommend working with delivery partners to improve the process. For example, providing a more precise schedule or notifying customers (via phone or email) at least an hour before delivery would make the experience smoother.

2nd time ordering from Stone X bullion and in both cases the service was phenomenal and the articles have been shipped on the same day as funds was cleared.

Delivery is a bit unpredictable, especially UPS as neither of the 2 occasions did they deliver on the predicted time slot. Waiting at home and just before the last hour of the predicted time slot you receive a new time slot notification, wasting the entire day waiting for a package.

Will use Stone X bullion again in the future, highly recommend.

Finally took the decision to invest in gold and made an important order the 6th September, I was so happy because the order got shipped pretty quick.
Took some days off for the delivery and waited the whole day at home phone ready to answer the UPS delivery man.
The guy never showed and the tracking got marked as delivered. I instantly contacted UPS for more informations because I literally put my life savings into this order and the UPS department told that they might be some error and they would investigate.
I also contacted Stone X and explained the whole situation.

At this day they still haven't solved the problem and they gave me weids answers as did you ask your neighbors if they have received it or can you please take a picture of your house so the driver doesn't miss it.

I can t understand how a 15000€ order can be lost or give nrandomly to someone without identity confirma tion. It's been 2 months and they don't give me update anymore and everytime i try to contact them they say they re still investigating but i m pretty sure this is bullshit.

Very good . I made several orders with Stonex . Last time there was something wrong with Ups shipping ,i made a complain and their assistance managed those problems and answered me back in less than two hours .

I made a purchase of a 1 oz Britannia coin from StoneX Bullion with the expectation of receiving a coin minted in 2021 or later, as these newer coins feature advanced security enhancements, which I consider vital for my peace of mind as an investor. The product page for "mixed years" coins references these features, giving the impression that all the coins offered include them. However, after placing my order and making the payment, I was informed that I might receive coins minted prior to 2021, which do not have these security features.

I raised my concerns with customer service immediately, making it clear that I preferred coins minted in 2021 or later. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and rather than stopping the shipment to address the issue, it felt as though the parcel was expedited even faster after I expressed dissatisfaction.

While the StoneX team reassured me of the coins' authenticity, my concern was not authenticity but the absence of the promised security features. I suggested halting the shipment and issuing a refund, but my final request went unanswered.

The information on the website is misleading, lacking transparency about the features of the coins. Additionally, the customer service response was unsatisfactory and felt dismissive of my concerns.

Though they eventually offered me a new coin as a resolution, this situation could have been avoided entirely with clearer communication from the beginning.
Finally, UPS on delivery threw the delivery in my garden without signature or anything, which doesn't seem like a very safe approach.

Based on this experience I can verify that what I received was okay but I still cannot fully hearted recommend StoneX Bullion to anyone who values clarity in their investments.
