I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to give up smoking, from being a 20 a day smoker i am now smoke free, the support i was given from Tina and the clinic was first class and the smoking aids really do help 😀

I was helped by Tina on my journey to stop smoking. I was regularly contacted every 2 weeks and reviewed via phone. The nicotine replacement aids were delivered to my door.
I have been smoke free for 12 weeks. The team has always been professional and made all attempts to cater for my needs as much as they possibly could.

Alisha was brilliant. The first few weeks were tough but se supported me and have my techniques to use that helped me to stay focused. I had to give up smoking as I had a operation scheduled. I have wanted to give up but didn't feel ready too yet and felt a little pressurised to do so for the op. Not from doctors but more from myself. I was unsure if I could actually manage it but with the support of alisha I have not had a cigarette for nearly 2 months. Do I still get cravings yes but I know that without the support I would have given up and started smoking again. Thank you Alisha for never being judgemental and giving encouragement whenever I needed it. I would highly recommend the service.

Absolute joke, signed up 3 months ago got my parcel then had no contact for 4 weeks. I had to call them numerous times before I got any response. Tina has been amazing however her time keeping is a little shambolic. When she says she will call she’s always 15-20 mins late.

12 week quit programme. Telephone support from Tina who helped never judged and recommend which products to use. I was a smoker for over 30 years and managed to quit on this programme within the first 6 weeks. A Vape was provided along with juice and fresh pods every other week. Tina would ring and speak to me making sure I was going along nicely and encouraging me to carry on which I did and I am now smoke free!!! My health is better and I have more money in my pocket win win !!! Totally recommend best thing i ever did 👍

Excellent support advisor Tina who supported my stop smoking journey for 12 weeks. I got provided with medication consisting of nicorette lozenges, free vape and liquids plus telephone support on the way regularly. I had lung cancer along with an operation losing 40% of my lungs so I needed to stop and with determination and help and support on the way I got there in the end despite hiccups along my stop smoking journey thank you to all the team.

Helpful understanding felt supported during me 12 week course and all without the chemist testing you weekly as being over 50 and was happy not to have them checks but still feeling supported

Helped me to give up smoking, succsess now a non smoker, all advice taken a few hicups, but now a non smoker, thanks to leanne.

If you’re serious about quitting smoking I would highly recommend this service. Highly professional in the way they operate giving encouragement every step of the way. There if you need them at anytime would highly recommend .
