This was my 4th purchase from storage for craft and I have found delivery great with advance notice of timing. As an 80+ year old I have found it easy to assemble the units with no help required. They are excellent quality.

Delivered on time

My original delivery / assembly date was within 8 weeks of ordering but I had to change it due to holiday plans and so was delivered a month later which was perfect for me. The chap arrived promptly on the day that Storm Goretti hit, he was friendly and had the Knightshayes unit assembled within about 3 hours, taking all packaging away with him. Whilst I’m sure the unit is straightforward enough to assemble with 2 people I am glad I paid the extra for the “white glove” service.

Great quality product. Communications and customer service super. I have a cupboard from this company already and the two leaf table was a much longed for addition. These are considered purchases but worth the money because they last.

Emails keeping you to date with order were helpful. Delivery arrived on time and I had the white glove service which was brilliant, so glad I had it. Good quality cupboard and storage boxes. I am enjoying using it 😊

Arranged a date and time with the company. Delivery company delivered earlier than delivery time agreed.
Instructions did not match the amount of items in the boxes. Proofread the instructions for putting items together. After figuring out that I did not need the extra piece. It was easy to put together.

Good quality and lovely finish. Delivered on time and helpful driver. Would certainly recommend and use this Company again if I needed to.

Every piece was well packaged to protect the edges Easy to put together but needs two people for some parts of construction .

The product is very robust. I like the solid back that so much furniture doesn’t have.

Great service delivered on time lovely furniture

Superb. Young man was very nice snd polite. No mess or anything left for me to bin.

My order arrived ahead of schedule and, aside from being delivered in two separate consignments on consecutive days, it was delivered within the time frame provided. The build instructions were easy to follow, I ordered doors with my cabinet and the details were for different door fixings but the new style were very obvious to install and probably easier than those used previously. It took no time to put together.
The quality of the cabinet is excellent, it's robust, well made and clearly built to last.
It's been very well thought through so that different configurations of storage boxes can be used to suit individual requirements. One of the storage boxes arrived damaged but was immediately replaced following my email notification so excellent customer service too.
I'd really love the workstations too, I'll have to work on that one.

My storage arrived very quickly well wrapped easy to assemble good clear instructions may need another one I've filled this one plenty of space and it's on casters so it's easy to move around very well made thank you storage4craft a unit for us crafters

I bought the Evo 190 storage unit and two Insteon storage towers The easiest furniture I have ever put together. It’s very well made and solid and I know it will last forever. I only had to get a little help to put the large unit on its wheels. It moves so smoothly to. It’s taken me soo much longer to reorganise my fabric stash and crafts. The units have made a huge difference to my sewing room. I can now find everything.

Best delivery I’ve had.

The delivery man was personable, well mannered and respectful. The Exford 190 is a marvellous piece of furniture and brilliantly functional. The quality is excellent and the unit would not look out of place in any room. I shall be ordering the Kingsleigh next

I have ordered from this company twice before I have always found them very efficient and very helpful if you want to change the type of boxes they will always do their best to help. The white glove service has again always been good and they take all the cardboard away and leave no mess.

A very high quality unit. Efficient delivery. My 4 stars rather than 5 was due to the construction instructions. Panels were mis labelled, making it difficult to work out what each piece was. One code number was on all of the side pieces, and there should have been 2 separate numbers according to the instructions. It was also not clear which pieces required the locking screws on both sides and I had a mis match with the 2 different type of locking screws and had to use what I had left in some places rather than what the instructions said. It was extremely heavy to lift and we struggled to lift it up, I would recommend saying 3 people are needed to lift it up after construction. How ever, i will always recommend this company, the units are ideal as they are designed for people who craft and do not have enough space!

This is my 4th set off storage drawers good quietly and are easy to put together .
