The furniture is beautiful

The furniture is beautiful. It is well made and looks fantastic as well as being practical. For me personally the delivery did not go well twice, having said that the staff apologised and were quick to put things right. I would still recommend the furniture and the company.

Unit number 4 delivered

Have recently had unit number 4 delivered .
I put this together myself with some help from a grandson.

The unit is now filled with sewing items and looks so neat and organised.

Very sturdy and the boxes are strong and hold much more fabric than I thought they would.

I just love them !!

Evri are slow

Evri are slow. I had a delivery confirmation email sent but the photo does not show my house and all Evri has is an automated response. Apart from this Storage4crafts have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I suggest a change of courier

Hi Christine, Sorry for the poor experience with Evri. Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes with couriers. Evri have had some very bad press, but on the whole we have actually found them to be similar to most other alternatives for small parcels. I have checked your order and I think I can see the issue - when you have placed your order online only you Street Name has been entered in the shipping address, not you house name/number so in defence of Evri on this occasion it probably was hard for them to know which house was yours! I am sorry I didn't notice before we sent your parcel.

All that said if you haven't received your order then if you let us know using the contact us form on the website or by email. I can then make sure to get your order sent again (to the correct address!) We are always happy to help resolve any issues however they have occurred. Sorry you felt the need to hit us with a one star review on the occasion based on the service from Evri.

We are a not a large company just a small family business trying our best. We do take all complaints seriously and to heart and always will try to improve where we can.

Very helpful delivery driver

Very helpful delivery driver. Delivered to room as requested. All parts and fittings supplied.
Good sturdy unit. Instructions were very detailed and informative as to what and where to build pieces.
Just would have liked a better specific individual drawing for the unit supplied.

Needs to be easier to communicate with company.

Impossible to reach by phone. Messages not replied to. Emails answered sometimes. Need to be more accessible when things are going wrong. Fed Ex took 2 days of us waiting in all day to actually deliver the unit. Then no boxes. When this was queried I did get an email reply with tracking info for them. Half the number ordered arrived. I queried this. No reply, but said missing boxes arrived two days later. Not the experience I had with this company before, but then I paid for assembly.

I am very sorry your delivery experience was not good on this occasion. You are right we are able to offer a far superior service when we deliver ourselves with the white glove assembly service. I am afraid with the free courier delivery service we are reliant on using couriers where the experience is not quite the same.

With regards to contact are primarily an online business and do strongly encourage contact via the website or email. We will always do our best to assist, but with couriers once the goods are with them we have no more access to information with regards to delivery days/times than you do with the tracking information supplied. If goods are not received in the timescales we advised (usually within 3 working days from despatch) then we will of course investigate this with the courier.

I do understand that when couriers advise you of delivery days and time slots and do not keep to them it can be extremely frustrating and inconvenient. As much as we would like though this is part of the process that we have no control over.

Thank you for your feedback it is valuable to us and always shared with the couriers whenever we have the opportunity,

I don't like to complain

I don't like to complain. I have had 2 items. And both was damaged.
Yes the damaged parts were replaced. Its the waiting for parts to be replaced.

I am very sorry that you have received damaged items on two occasions. We do make every effort to pack items as securely as possible to withstand the effects of the courier system. Despite our best efforts sometimes items are damaged in transit. We will always replace this items as soon as we possibly can. I do understand however that it can be frustrating when you are waiting to complete assembly of an item to have to wait for replacements.

I do understand that you don't like to complain, I don't either. I also understand it can be uncomfortable to complain especially when the issues you have raised are being resolved. Thank you for raising this and giving us the opportunity to try to improve. Unfortunately we can't change how the couriers handle parcels but we are constantly reviewing our packaging to better protect our products.

Outstanding company

Outstanding company, great quality, service with a friendly human touch! Rare these days. Im so happy with my Knightshayes cupboard and sewing is so nice with eventhing in one place!
The guy who came and built it was brilliant swift and professional too. 5 stars 🌟 definitely
