I have several units from you and have recommend them to friends. They are very well made and solid, with sturdy wheels so they can be moved easily.
Easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. I also like the diversity of the shelving which is so simple to change

Communication was good, it was delivered on time. I paid extra to have it built, best thing ever. It meant I could start filling the unit straight away 😁

Ordered through storage4crafts. The unit arrived when specified. Unfortunately several plastic boxes were damaged. I emailed them and explained what the problem was, I took photos of the damaged items and emailed them to Storage4crafts. The customer service was brilliant even after hours, the damaged items were replaced immediately and arrived (undamaged this time) within 7 days. I can't fault them and would definitely recommend them. The unit is lovely and very sturdy.

I love being organised and these units are so versitile. I have three now - would love a workstation to match as well, maybe one day:-) My order was ready and delivered as communicated. Easy to put together, my husband has dexterity issues but still managed to do it with ease (much easier than other flat packed units). I reckon I probably could have done it myself but I was already reorganising my sewing area, patiently waiting!

Very well made. Thought the shelves were deeper, hence 3 stars.

Everything was as expected with construction of unit whicat the age of 82 I managed by myself .

Pleased with the unit and the delivery. It's being used for storage of DIY tools and equipment. Thanks for the quick response when there was problem. Hope the driver got back safe with the severe weather we had in Cornwall that day. Derek Cook.

I purchased a knightshay cupboard at the NEC show which was delivered on 16th December 2025. The whole process from purchase to build was faultless and I have to highlight the service provided by Antony the person who delivered and built the cupboard,he was pleasant and polite and extremely efficient and was not fazed by a couple of difficult problems that arose! It's not often that you encounter such willing and capable tradesmen these days and he was an absolute star! Thank you for such great service storage4crafts, much appreciated.

Excellent product and service
It’s ideal for purpose

Arrived at time given.
As only small, driver decided to assemble in his lorry in car park. Short walk thro car park to block of flats entrance. Bit concerned as part of the way was over stones until get to slabs and the wheels would have been marked rolling the shelves across the stones. Before I could say anything the driver picked the shelves and carried them to the building entrance. Impressed.

Great service from ordering to my installation of the units. I was kept informed on my order process and it was within the time limit.

Great storage, but poor construction instructions. Delivery wasn't ideal , as it arrived over 3 days
