Staff were very helpful on site
Staff were very helpful on site. However, having head office off shore made changing the moving in date difficult with time zone differences. It would havd been so much easier if the staff on site were able to change the date by one day as the deposit and balance had already been paid.

On the day
On the day - Storage Kind Ruakura managed to assist the movers get into the Unit.
As I was not there, they kept the padlock key for me to collect later in the week.

Customer service, Convienient, Cool!
Really good customer service, was easy to navigate through the website and workout what size storage shed I would need for my furniture.
It was also very convienient how I was able to use the moving truck they have to move all my stuff into the storage shed.
