The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This made arranging storage easy and stress free. Not expected, but Shane remembered me as a previous customer from a decade ago! Borrowing the trailer was simple and staff knowledge of other products was excellent. I would highly recommend Storage King to my family and friends.

Great people to deal with in general
Great people to deal with in general. Brought many multiple packs of packing boxes for our move to Southland. Became quite costly but compared to others we looked at these were some of the cheapest.
Only disappointment I guess was I asked to use the free truck to move my stuff into the storage there but was told no due time living outside the Hamilton boundry.
Didn't really get a good reason why besides that. I had spent many hundreds of dollars for boxes so would of thought at very least they could of allowed the use if the truck which would of sped things up abit. I had to endure the cost of hiring a trailer and doing 6 trips with stuff again at a cost of petrol and hirage so use of the truck would of been really helpful at a stressful time.
Can't fault the staff as they were all good.
