This storage facility is a good facility to store your belongings. They have a truck and a trailer that you can use to transport your belongings and various hand trolleys to help you get your things into the storage unit. The units are spacious and easy to access.
Most staff were easy to talk to and she was very helpful. I'm afraid others were not so understanding and needs to let the customer finish talking so that they will understand what the customer is trying to ask.
I would use this facility again because everything else I am satisfied with.

Shane was great. Worked out the size I needed, took me to visit it, advised me on best way to get there, sold me a lock, and gave me two months at half price. Couldn't ask for more!

Storage King allows our small business to really thrive with fantastic support and good prices. Staff are always ready to go the extra mile for us. We love the accessibility and the bond room so we can receive deliveries and send out goods.

I am still with Storage King while looking for somewhere to buy. I was given very little time to move out of my house once it was sold and so needed to put my furniture into store. They were wonderful both moving my furniture and making a difficult experience worry free. If I need something from storage I can just go along and get it, and see that my furniture and other loved items are clean and dry whenever I need to visit. They have helped me through a difficult experience. Things were picked up on time, efficiently stored and have remained clean and dry while I have been searching for a new home.

Should've came here in the first place, was treated poorly at a prior storage place, didn't even have bo es or locks, despite having signs that they did and had me wait for ages standing there with an elderly mum who's 80,didn't even offer a seat much less make eye contact, stuck on the computer the while time whilst talking and answering the phone. Had no trolleys handy, worst place I ever experienced.Gave a really hard number, lucky I'm good at remembering..
This storage place is a breathe of fresh air..

They made a stressful situation much easier by helping me organise a storage unit for my belongings while I’m between homes with ease, I received a fast response and the staff were friendly and polite
