Very straight forward to rent storage.

Facilities have a stable temp and are way to access inside the building. Wendy in the office was delightful and very helpful.

process so easy.

I found the team were very accomodating. They communicate well between each other so everyone knew what was happening. Very friendly and helpful. Will use them again if need be thank you team for making this a very easy process.

I have just moved twice in the past two weeks? Once to Storage King St Luke's and then to my house today. (Just the way it worked out)

“Stress Free Movers” really stands by its name, my first move was so stress free I wondered if I had forgotten something. This was also made Stress Free by the two fabulous two guys I had moving me, what a team? These two amazing guys are called Vish and Sandy, everyone, I could not fault their professionalism/hard work and time conscious efforts. They were so good I asked to have them move me the second time, and they did not disappoint. Thank you so much Vish and Sandy, such a pleasure to meet you both. Well done Stress Free Movers two very successful moves thank you.

Easy system to deal with and the staff are great

Inital phone call was fantastic and really helpful in explaining unit sizes and costs. I was under considerable stress at the time as I was moving my mother (she is down sizing) and moving to our side of town. Storage units in chch are quite varied - so I was greatful to have some help and advice with this! The website was the easiest to use when looking with mum.
They were so friendly and reduced the stress to my mum and myself. Moving day it poured with rain - we were so grateful to b able to use the truck and Emma (in reception) was a big help to us that day. In fact customer service has been top notch all the way through! Im so pleased we have chosen Ferrymead Storage King!
