Although very friendly
Although very friendly, the worker had nothing but issues with every step of the signup process both on my end and on hers with system crashes, and "having a slow day" from walking in the door to actually having a unit was 1 hour, than issues with not being located by gps when in a lift, I rented for 14 days, I'm glad to be out of there - and I will NEVER return to your chain of centres again

Really useful
We needed some temporary storage for some house items before moving. SK had a special on exactly the size storage we needed, it was a breeze to get organised ... and they had a free van that we could use to move the house items to storage.
Very convenient all round.

Would have been 5 stars but the exit gate was out of order and backing out a trailer was a stinking nightmare. No compensation for the drama it caused ??? A weeks rent off or something ???

Water leaks and no access
Hasn’t been open to , meaning had no access to unit. Lots of water got into unit during heavy rain. Pretty unacceptable for a new building to store items that need to be dry essentially.
Just hopeless and stupid app for access. Normal keys are the only proper private access 👎

We had a great experience at Currumbin Storage King. It was a last minute storage emergency and the team was so helpful and looked after us in a stressful time. The facilities were good, clean and tidy with practical trolleys that suited long items like mattresses and tables, some storage companies I have used before didn’t have the same style of trolley which made bulky items a real challenge. I would have no hesitation to talk to Storage King first next time I need storage.
