The set up experience was effortless.
Being the first time I've ever dealt with a storage company (and hearing some horror stories from friends in the past using different companies) I was pleasantly surprised by how effortless the process was and I felt really supported by the staff.

Staff are always happy and willing to help, Jordan was extremely helpful and very accommodating.

I am a customer service professional. I met my match...Jordan the manager of Currumbin was unbelievable. She was so attentive and went above and beyond to make meet my needs. She was realistic and understanding as I had to postpone my original start of contract date due to family illness and on my return from interstate. She was compassionate, remembered me by name. Jordan was very personable and understanding and reinstated my contract without extra fees etc. Amazing employee you guys have...they're are rare these days 😊

The storage is just what I wanted at the right price.

I have never had such a positive storage experience. The staff are very helpful and kind. They are affordable and also sell boxes and packing materials. Couldn’t ask for better.

The staff were amazing doing all they could to ensure our storage needs were well and truly met. They provide a great service with beautiful smiles to make you feel welcome and that nothing was a problem.
They made the process very easy and we continue to appreciate the simplicity of access to our storage unit whenever we need to come and go.

Jordan and the team at Storage King Currumbin have been amazing to deal with. We have need of storage as we are selling our home and awaiting the purchase of a new home and we wanted to go local with our storage. When I stopped by Storage King Currumbin to discuss our storage needs Jordan was knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The facility is very clean, so easy to use and has given us great peace of mind that our worldly possessions are safe and well protected. They even provided a large van to assist us move at no additional cost. I cannot recommend this facility and its wonderful team any higher!
