I have used other storages before
I have used other few storages before, and they're all good, some not, in terns of service. But truly Storage King have Exceeded my expectations in many ways like: Cleanness, Exceptional Service, Security System implanted, Understanding special situations, Convenient Location near other related business and near industrial areas. Very friendly staff, also having toilets and outside car park. If you need to move your stuff to another place they can facilitate the move and they offer a Free van for local moves too. All for a fair price, so I'm very happy with them !!!

Jordan's customer service is excellent
Jordan's customer service is excellent. She is welcoming and very helpful.
I did feel that the payment explanations could have been clearer. I had thought I had paid up front and set up a direct debit of my credit card as I had to sign up for it. That is the only thing I would comment on but certainly not a complaint.

Helpful friendly understanding and considerate ..
The two ladies that were there the day I arrived were great so down to earth helpful and friendly even though it was a busy time .The facility was still going through the initial opening stages .I had previous knowledge of how the Storage King App worked as I had a storage unit at Deagon except the gated entry and lift sections but Jordan took the time to show me around the area and then it all was easy and straight forward ..
