John was able to identify my issue. John quickly provided me with the steps to correct the firmware issue to get my scooter back up and running.
Great wheel, great customer service
I bought a inmotion v11 used and because I'm a new rider and old, I was having trouble learning to ride. So, I bought a inmotion e20. It's a great little wheel and fun too! It's not super expensive so I'm not worried about damage to it while I learn. I recently crashed and the e20 took a tumble and the trolley handle broke. I contacted inmotion and they immediately responded. I'm very impressed with the wheel and the customer service.
Bms firmware update
I emailed Inmotion about a firmware update for my Inmotion rs and they were on to it very quick the next the new firmware update was ready to be updated and that update went through with no problem 😊
Help to rebalance my V12
You guys responded and followed up quickly in helping me rebalance my V12. After having a flat and changing the inner tube, the wheel wasn't balancing. John guided me through a process, first on the phone, then via Email. He was very fast in responding. His guidance was spot on and my V12 is back to normal. Thank you.

Inmotion are great with communication and always get back asap and answer all questions and in detail I have great confidence in what they build and stand by there product I personally have no reason to doubt if they can help they will , my conversation with them which regarding the New inmotion P6 and details for me to purchase it where I live and all the information that goes with it.

I drive an inmiton s1 l9, it's very nice and I enjoy it. In every problem I have, the inmotion team's support service comes to my aid and they solve all problems instantly. In fact, there is no problem. I lose my gmail password often and desperately need help. They always help me with pleasure.

Had help to diagnostic it. It took a bit for the battery to get here since it came overseas, and I had some hesitation to keep the charger plugged in to enable the battery so that was my bad. I like my wheel and it hard to do without it .
The Best Customer Service from the Best Company Ever!
I purchased a seat for V13 before actually having the wheel. When the deal fell through I was forced to cancel the order. John at Inmotion was very understanding and did everything possible to help me find a resolution. In the end I bought some V14 pads and can honestly say, he and Inmotion truly care about making their customers happy 😃!
Broken out of the box
My new V9 just arrived and on September 29, 2025 I unboxed and updated the firmware. Several functions do not work now. I have zero miles on the wheel. I contacted inmotion support and they said "1-2 days before we can get back to you with a solution". I wait 2 days and... nothing. Support told me "Just ride the wheel. Those functions won't impact how the wheel rides." I told support this is the equivalent of buying a new car and driving it off the lot only to discover the radio doesn't work then being told by the sales person to "just drive the car and stop worrying about the broken radio." I told inmotion I want to return the wheel and get a refund and that is when they stopped communication with me.
