The mini PC operated fine for a year before having a power issue. Although I found it a bit confusing it navigate their support site(s), once I did I was able to get a replacement mini PC within a reasonable amount of time. The whole process from breakdown to resolution took about two weeks and most of that delay was due to shipping times. Customer service was friendly, responsive and helpful. I am certainly satisfied with the level of service that I received.

I ordered the MS-02 Ultra and I clumsily entered an invalid address. I informed minisforum by email and they stayed in touch regularly until the PC arrived and its all working great :)

Bought the Minisforum MS-01 when it was released, has been a great homelab server. A couple of weeks ago I ran into some problems with the fan for the SSDs, reached out to support who helped me very quickly and sorted the problem out. Overall great experience!

After three years, my device had a broken CPU fan. After confirming the issue, support quickly arranged for a replacement, with me only having to pay the shipping costs despite being out of warranty.

I purchased a mini PC (elite mini AI 370) and exactly a year later the device turned on but the screen remained black. I tried steps from the page FAQ/self help but these did not work, so I contacted support. It was a bit strange that I filled out the form completely with order number, model serial number etc. but the first response from support made me fill out this information again (maybe this workflow step could be enhanced in the future). After all, my device had to be sent to inspection and it could not be repaired. But I was offered a replacement with 100% discount of my original device value.
Overall the communication was great, timely, transparent and easy to understand. All my questions were answered and I felt very valued as a customer. The soltion that was presnted to me as a eplacement pleases me and I am happy that I can continue to use the mini pc series. Everything happened within the time frame that I was informed about in the beginning (~2 weeks). Now I am just waiting for my new device and I am looking forward to it.

I ordered a barebones refurbished system, but then realized ram prices are too expensive to make it worth it to me. I asked them to cancel and they caught it in time before it shipped. They were very nice and refunded my order promptly. I will be buying from them again.

For the price, I was willing to roll the dice.
I have had two purchases of this NAB6 Lite. The first one had an unrecognized RAM slot and was returned and refunded.
The second one was great from August 2025 until May 2026 and then wouldn't power on one day. It was a fairly painless and warrantied repair. Everything is working for the moment and I am crossing my fingers that this will get me several more years of usage.
Customer Service has always been great and easy to work with. They don't work US daytime hours, so communication will be slower, but everything was always replied to the same day.

Hello. I just purchased and received a MS-R1 ARM Mini PC with 32GB memory, no SSD. I found the online installation video quite helpful. I followed the directions, installed an SSD and installed Ubuntu 26.04 with ease. For the past 45 years I have used Intel and AMD processors. Now I wish to experience an ARM based PC.

DHL failed to deliver initially because the driver did not manage to find my doorbell (first time that this happened..). Minisforum support was very helpful and straightforward, made sure that the package was delivered again and kept me up to date on it.
