Update: After a long wait, my money has been refunded. Since the issue has been resolved, I am updating my rating. However, a deduction remains for the far too long delivery time beforehand and the wait for processing of the refund.

PCs that work well and have been reliable workhorses for us at good prices. We use for business workstations in two countries. Very few have had hardware failures with 40+ units over 22 orders in the last 5 years with select models we use. So far they have shipped clean installs without sketch pre-loaded things that we have seen in other brands. Support has been responsive if not always perfectly able to resolve our questions/ issues but we've always managed to work things out. We've successfully RMAed maybe three items that were defective early on. I'm holding at 4/5 due as I think driver/bios support could be better and I think there are a few models with higher failure rates/issues that would be a headache if that is your PC or you stock up with that model.

I noticed an issue with the USB 3 front header on my Minisforum motherboard shortly after purchasing it, as it looked like a pin was missing.
At first there was a bit of back and forth with support about whether this was normal or not. However, after I provided clear photos and explained the issue in more detail, the case was reviewed properly.
Minisforum then arranged a return and replacement without any hassle. The return process within Germany was straightforward, and communication was good. Once my package arrived, the replacement was shipped quickly.
Overall, while the initial response could have been a bit faster, the issue was resolved professionally and to my satisfaction.

I ordered from their minisforum website. On the website they state a delivery time of 7-10 days. But expect it to be a lot longer. In my cause it was more then 30 days.
But their customer support was really good. They answered quickly and tried to help me as fast as possible. Even minor issues with customs where resolved with their help.
I am happy with the product now I have it here up and running!

I recently had to request a replacement for my AtomMan G1 Pro due to a hardware defect. The customer support experience provided by Amber was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.

I had an issue with a refurb unit (wasnt working properly).
I emailed the company. Hesper on their support team replied rapidly. The back and forth was quick, and it was determined i should sent it back.
The follow up correspondence was very concise. They offered a replacement item or refund depending on my desires.
Having good customer support goes a long way.
Of note i have bought MANY things from Minisforum, and they have best in class quality.
