RMA on an MS-01 after almost 2 years old not switching on and green led blinking on the PSU. After a first round of basic troubleshooting steps, diagnosis was fast and RMA was opened to Germany (from France). A defective capacitor was changed. All-in-all, 3 weeks including all postal treatment delays. Excellent experience on my part and hotline was to the point and helpful to resolve my issue.

Ordered 5 days ago and still hasn't shipped.
Edit: despite the response from minisforum, the email they referred to in their response, with the tracking information shows that the label was created 5 days ago (from this update on 6/3) in Hong Kong and NO shipping or update since then.

Great customer support! I reached out because my UM790 Pro barebones was missing the RAM heatsink. The support team responded quickly and is sending me a replacement free of charge. Really happy with how they handled it.

I bought 2 PCs and both had a problem with freezing and then a green screen. Both computers were sent for a complaint and within 10 days I was sent a new device. I hope the problem will not occur again.

This is my second MinisForum PC, and the built quality is superb. I bought other brands too, AceMagic for example, and you can't really compare them.
On my second PC, the memory heatsink was missing, and after a short e-mail exchange they agreed to send it to me.
The customer service is great too and the delivery, the same, quick, from top deliver companies (DHL).
I would say that you can buy from this brand without a second thought.

Love my new device. Received it very quickly (within about a week) and I had only a small issue with duty costs (DHL charged me double) but I emailed them at Minisforum and Tina responded very quickly and everything was sorted it in a moment without any fuzz. Can recommend them.

I had a known issue with the MS-01 (Intel Raptor Lake silicon) and dealt with the support for RMA. After a few emails exchanged, they confirmed the issue and offered to RMA the unit. The RMA process was easy and quick.
Tech support is easy to deal with.
