Nolo is a great for anyone wanting to get a better understanding of law and legal information. It is not a substitute for a good lawyer or legal team, but offers great resources.

It was easy to download the book. I’m still reading it, so I can’t speak to its use yet.

I’ve used the Nolo Landlord materials and forms over the last 18 years. For three units. Plus I recommended Nolo Tenant materials. Haven’t been led astray.

The on line materials are terrific, the leases are solid.

I’ll continue recommending Nolo to landlords and tenants alike.

It was hard to find your phone number in one of my older Nolo books but I finally got through and I'm happy with the book and it's delivery.

Ok what happened is my good friend Paul Theodore Ross junior called me up and said Mindy come back because I'm not doing to good and just stay with me till the day it becomes your house so I was staying with him and helping w/chickens and maintained the property, anyways I was the only resident living with Paul Theodore Ross junior and when I came back from going to barona I usually wake him up before I come in and he wasn't getting up so I went to front door and it was unlocked so I asked him are you ok and he was shaking really bad and I asked where he was before he was home and he said he went to his son's house well I tried warming him up but he wasn't getting warm anyways I explained to him that I was getting an ambulance because he wasn't getting warm so I said it could be something really serious so I was wanting help so I called 911 after he said ok and they came and took him to hospital where he was coming home the second of February 2002 well the day he comes home the guy William Henry Ross states he's his son which I have met Paul's son and this wasn't his son I met and as far as I knew Paul's son was William Fredrick Ross ok anyways a week before that Paul sent his brother to give me money for cat food and to get his guns out of house well I don't know what he looked like but from pictures and this guy didn't look like the same brother so I sent Paul's glasses with him when he went back to hospital meanwhile he didn't bring money he gave me cat food which was only enough for a week and then when they were leaving they were like we need you to move because we will have a nurse here and that's unheard of so I call Paul and said I think your brother is going to take your home and he said no he has his own home anyways so the day he was to come home i waited very excited because the cats and I missed him sooo much so this guy William shows up with some lady and said he died well I was in shock and so I called hospital they said we can't tell you anything so then I get a knock on door and it's Ruth an emergency contact for him and then she says where is he and she was bringing him home and I said they didn't tell u he died well I don't know anything but Paul talked to me and said Mindy don't leave my house and so I didn't and then the William guy steals my phone and cox box and states he's turning it in I don't understand why I'm being bothered by this guy who doesn't even live with Paul and I anyways so then I can't find my cell phone for 2 days then it's in my car which I was going nuts ok now I'm being harassed by the William guy and the lady behind Paul who are against me and the guy put a raccoon in the cage with my chickens and he grabbed my cats by the neck and through them outside and said get out of here yes it's your house but you will never step foot in here again slams the door on my head and the three civil sheriff's said get out and don't come back or we will shoot the dog I have two dogs also then I come back home from somewhere and one dog is laying on the floor dying and I'm going through my mom dying Paul dying and now my dog well this gets so horrible that the guy did what he did all of this with the system but he has a long record of doing this he is under probate many times and I'm pretty sure he's a white collar attorney anyways I want to go back home and need help doing that can you please help me I'm really needing the help I have been robbed and thrown out with nothing

I have used NoLo in several occasions and has always found its programs to be exceptionally easy to use and great, great value. I recommend it very highly.

I order an update to a a book. I came in good time. Exactly what I expected.

This is a must have. The author should consider a more extensive example of certain sections that will better serve the beginner.

I think that Nolo offers a great service helping cut legal costs in this age of high attorney fees. I am a little bit lost however in following the procedures.
With the help of the local library I was able to download and print copies. The copies showing what names to put on each blank. How do I pull up printable copies that I can type the names on. Do you charge extra for them and if so how much?

Easy form to fill out. Written in plain English. Very happy to be able to file it on my own and saved myself hundreds of dollars.

When I purchased each book it is an excuse for Nolo Press to start emailing me with harassing messages. Bad form for Nolo.
