I think that the quality of the textile can be improved compared to the price

Not enough choice and sizes.
I never find instructions about sizes, so I ordered a Tshirt and a cap for my 9 years old boy, but it is fitted for his 5 years old little brother!!!
I even don't know what to order instead. Return the items seems to be complicated and expensive, I rather prefer keep the goods , because this is for ND foundation for children in Serbia.
Please improve sizes indications and develop the offer for junior items.

I purchased an item from Novak Djokovic store. The Service was excellent with updates available on request. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

I was very happy to receive my Djokovic shirt. I wore it proudly at the Cincy tennis tournament.

Having to pay a restocking fee to return items is terrible, so now I am stuck with extra items as I had to re-order the same product in smaller sizes as they fit large. Also, you should include the international duty fees when paying instead of it being added upon delivery. The cost is misleading.

I bought two of the above watches ,One for my son and one for myself .To support a good cause !
Luckily my son bought himself a watch -As the first of my Two Stopped after Nine weeks !
Were should I take the Watch for repair??

Great product- it looked exactly the way it is whon in the site. It was given to me very fast and all the fees were included so i did not have to pay any more taxes. The customer service is cery fast- they answered my questions in less than 24 hours.

This company ensure that service they offer is on the elevel that sport and tennis world No. 1 really deserve. The mail service expenses for Serbian should be on the lower level.

Wanted to make a statement with my new iphone cover. I easily found what I was looking for (clearly arranged website) - and quite a few to choose from (good variety). Personalization worked perfectly. Delivery was quicker than I had expected. What else can I say? Oh, I might add that the material of the cover so far has proved to be very resistent and robust. Although the lack of inventory for some items is a bit disappointing (see ND caps), I have had nothing but the finest experience shopping on this site. These items are very difficult to find anywhere else, for the most part. Supporting my favorite player's foundation is a joy, and the items I get from here also bring me joy. It's a win-win situation, and I am so proud to show my support for the World No. 1.

The only improvement I would like would be the stocks of NDF t-shirts.
Through out the year popular sizes were not available and it was a little disappointing. Also, it would be great if the uniqlo cap with ND logo were available. (I hope you're working on it!)

Website functions well, and no problems in completing purchase. However, most of the relevant sizes for almost all articles were out of stock. I am a M size (I ended up buying an L size hoping it would be a small L, but unfortunately not); I could not find any articles that were available in that size. Shipping costs are somewhat high as well.
