Being a loyal customer I made 2 separate purchases at the same time within minutes apart online. I bought a shirt then realized immediately after that I wanted a jacket that matches the shirt so I did it in another transaction.
I immediately emailed the customer service to ask them if they could put both the shirt and jacket in one shipment so I could save the shipping cost and not have to pay 2 separate shipping charges.
As I immediately asked right after my order I didn't think it would be an issue.
Within 24hrs I was contacted by customer service and told that they could not separate and I would need to pay both shipping charges separately.

This was a big disappointment in customer service and this is what kept me from rating 5 stars.

I am not sure if I will order again from this website or will recommend to others.

If customer service is great, customers will go the extra mile and keep buying and telling others about how great the products and service are.

In this case while product is good, service could have been better, considering I am a loyal customer that has spent a lot of money already and would have continued to spend much more.

I purchased a pair of shoes and they were to small. I sent the shoes back for another pair and was surprised to find out I would not receive a new pair of shoes with out paying a very large shipping fee.

I ordered some polo shirts to be sent to a European address and they arrived quickly and without ANY issues whatsoever. This was one of the most effortless online transactions I have ever been a part of.

I love the products, I am a big Nole's supporter :-) . I live in Canada , so the only option was express delivery 38Euro, and with customs, I paid for the product delivery more than for the product itself. Yes I got it with fedex within 48hours, but regular delivery of 5-7 business days is fine too and then I do not need to pay customs. At least in Canada with regular delivery there is no customs as CBSA only inspects 2-3% of the parcels. I do not remember ever paying customs with regular delivery.
It is not so much about money , I can afford it but in North America the delivery cost can"t be higher than the value of the product.
