Waiting five months for e-bike service to be booked in
I bought an e-bike in August 2020, with free servicing for two years. In June 2021 I called to book a service. I emailed a follow up a month later. I was asked to be patient as they were busy. I was told they would be in touch when they could do it. I am still waiting.
So now (19/1/22) I am being asked to remove the review. But after I posted it they were in touch via email and actually blamed me for them being unable to contact me, told me they had tried to call me when they had not, no missed calls, no message on my voicemail, no emails until I complained, and no one else has had any problem contacting me. That was extraordinary.

I do completely understand your frustration however if you are able to remove this review we would greatly appreciate it. We are only a small team and an independent store (not a big chain) and negative reviews have a really negative effect on business. I hope you can understand that we were just very busy and didn't want to over promise and under deliver.

I ordered the Trek Roscoe 6 - one of the few left in the area and the only one in stock with this shop. I used Pedal Revolution as they're quite local to me. The online service was good, website and ordering was simple. The delivery was good and tracked all the way (helpful when you're eagerly awaiting a new bike!). The bike was built really well and packaged beautifully. You could tell care was taken. The bike is fantastic - total 5*!

Really friendly and expert advice from…
Really friendly and expert advice from fellow cyclists. Pedal Revolution were able to source what I was after (a lovely Titanium gravel frameset by J.Guillem) in days rather than months of waiting from other shops. They were also happy to strip down an assembled bike to just get me the frame and ensure I had everything I needed for my build. Delivery and communication was spot on

Let down on delivery
Unfortunately, I was let down by slow despatch of this small but important item (tubeless wheel valve). However the company made a conscientious apology and I'm sure they're a good company to deal with in normal circumstances.

I am very sorry about this, as you know this item was in one of our stores with no dispatch facility so we had to get it transferred, there is a note on your order to say we tried calling you (number ends in 765) to make you aware of this on the Friday but it is marked as "no answer" followed by the notes on the discussion you had on Tuesday where we got the item transferred and dispatched out on Wednesday.
Once again, I am very sorry about the delay with this.
