On dear, business is obviously good but……….
….. it may not always be that way and the company may regret neglecting customer service, particularly for long established customers. I always get my servicing done with them and have bought bikes, clothing and many accessories over the years. Three days ago I rang the Norwich shop 6 times to try and arrange a bike repair and service and each time I got a recorded message to call back and couldn’t leave a message. Tiring of this I used their email service to the workshop to set out what I wanted and to book in, requesting a call back. Here I am, still waiting, so have booked in elsewhere and will not be returning. A great shame for them as I will be looking to add another new bike to my ‘fleet’ before next spring and will not be using them in future. Really annoying and frustrating when you cannot contact anyone and there is no customer service at all. I know bike shops are very busy but even if they had answered the phone or replied to the email saying they are very sorry but they can’t help at present I would understand.
Karl, Thank you for your response. Whilst appreciating the difficulties caused by the virus I would respectfully suggest that instead of constantly getting the recorded message to call back when phoning that the opportunity is given to leave a message with an explanation that it may take a little while to get back to the caller because of xxxxx.
With regard to the email, firstly I think you may be confusing me with someone else. I have not made any orders in March and had no email communication with you earlier this year. Secondly, you ask about my email earlier this month (to which I have still had no reply) and as I said in the original review I used the email facility form to the Norwich workshop on your website and had an online acknowledgment pop up so you should have had it otherwise something is wrong with your systems.
Anyway you have responded which is good and perhaps lessons will be learned. I was more than a little annoyed and surprised at the time hence my review which is still accurate and factual.
Update: Here we are early Aug and still no response. As I thought the reply on Trustpilot was just to make it seem that they care and to look better for the public looking through the reviews.

I picked up my bike recently. I am well pleased with the bike. The staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They made the new bike day enjoyable despite the difficulties imposed by covid. The included bike fit carried out by Kate has certainly helped my comfort on the bike and confirmed my previous bike was too large for me. I don't get tingly hands anymore..I hope to return soon and have the check over service
