For my part, I think everything is fine, but this is the second time the company that delivered the package has sent me packages that are open and in bad condition.
I believe that if I decide to hire your company in the future, I hope that I never receive any more packages from this delivery company.

Many thanks for the feedback. We deliver free samples through Evri (your order) and then paid orders are sent on pallets. Sometimes the sample boxes can get thrown around a bit in transit but hopefully the samples themselves were fine

Always quick sample delivery. We just went with a product that Stories don't stock (J2 LVT) as we weren't keen on the finished job pictures we saw of the Textures products. But cannot fault the Stories customer service and experience

Terrible communication! Ghosted at point of sale!
Don’t bother trying to get in touch with this company. Despite chasing 9 times across email, instagram and phone, they won’t get back to you even though you were trying to contact to buy! And when they finally do reply, they won’t honour the price you were given despite the fault being on their part for not responding
