In a dispute over faulty flooring…
In a dispute over faulty flooring installed 5 months ago. Delaminating and warped. Chris is passing the blame on the fitter whilst insisting SPC can only be fitted on screeded concrete floor and then making excuses that he doesn't know all the facts as he's not a fitter, he only sells the stuff. I suggest to learn your facts about the product you're selling. Discovered that the planks inside of the leftover box never touched by the fitter were all warped too. Explain that to me Chris. Their 20 year warranty has to go through their Chinese manufacturer. I heard it all now. Dreadful experience.

Highly recommend Stories Flooring!
My experience from start to finish with Stories Flooring has been excellent. They were super responsive to all my questions on the flooring I chose. I also ended up needing more flooring and they were able to source me 3 extra packs when the flooring had sold out.
