Without StoryTerrace I would probably never have put pen to paper. The editor and writer were brilliant, there was plenty of opportunity to edit and to add to the narrative and to select photographs. Even the cover design was flexible. The finished product was professional. Highly recommended.

Lovely people from the advisor on the phone to my editor and my writer

Worked with StoryTerrace on my book. Went with the PRO package which was absolutely amazing. Had a whole team of people working on my book who were clearly experienced and experts in their field. Definitely an investment but one StoryTerrace made worthwhile.

It's a scam. Please don't give your hard money and especially not upfront. It's all AI except for interviews. You can get that in apps yourself. And learn from me do not pay upfront! Of course they probably have a whole call center around the globe set up to scam. And once the interviews are done there is no direct contact with the writer. They have named several various editors..one was a made up name for sure as it was associated with the same email of another name. Without going into details I can point out all the scams in the court of law. And read the client who used a PI to investigate them

Everyone from the editor, Xiaofang Ma, and the ghost writer, Charles Harned, were professionals and make the process of bringing my book into fruition as simple as possible. A big thank you for working hard as a team.

I just received my printed books in the mail and it literally brought me to tears. I could not be more happy to have invested the time in this project with Tilly (project manager) and Jenny (writer) and to be able to give this wonderful gift to my grandfather and all of his grandchildren. I have no doubt this will be a proud part of our family legacy for generations to come. The team moved quickly and did a beautiful job honoring my grandfather's life story. It was a wonderful experience and if you have a story you'd like to be captured for generations' to come, I could not recommend this service more! Thank you to StoryTerrace and, most importantly, to Tilly and Jenny for the partnership!

I paid for a book as a Christmas present for my mother in December 2023 and the book remains outstanding. Nobody replies to the emails that have been sent requesting an update, the phone number just rings and cuts off. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company in the hope that this will get a response. I would definitely not recommend this company and would advise that you steer very clear of them and find another provider. SHAME ON YOU STORYTERRACE.

I was recommended to StoryTerrace as the best option for generating a self- publish book. The process from start to finished book was smoothly done. My proof reader, John, was excellent and a good advisor in tidying up my scribblings. It was also helpful that he was pleasant and encouraging. Timescales were met and the whole process was completed in 10 weeks.
This company is a complete sham. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Almost 4 years ago I paid Story Terrace $20,000 for 25 books and it has been a total nightmare and I never received my books. There is no company- it is a virtual sham that is in receivership and has NO OFFICE IN BEVERLY HILL OR LONDON. I hired Private Investigators and lawyers to investigate them and the company is a sham.

I found the team at StoryTerrace to be extremely friendly, professional and efficient. They provided me with a choice of writers/editors who were very relevant to the children's story I had written . I selected one who was on the same page as I and she captured my characters perfectly .StoryTerrace also provided me with some very talented illustrators. I chose one who was perfect for my book and the result was excellent. I have been delighted with my experience with StoryTerrace , I hope to be able to work with them again.

Fantastic gift for my grandad. Story terrace really are such a gem of a company. I wanted to gift my grandad for his birthday a book about his life. Didn’t know where to start but storyterrace really made the whole process so seamless. The writer we were matched with was so good with my grandad and they got along so well. Very much recommend this company and now we have a book that we can show to anyone!!

I gave StoryTerrace as a 70th birthday gift for my mum and it was incredible. Team is very professional. They supported me with the bookmaker platform and made sure the books arrived on time. It was a great gift not just for my mum but also for my kids as they can now learn about their family history! Worth the investment!!

Writing my life story has been an unbelievable experience. Where else would you find someone to listen to you telling them your story. I've mainly done it for my Grandchildren. They are young and right now are not interested in Grandad going on about his life but, there will come a time when I think they will. I might be long gone by then but perhaps they'll have the time and interest to take it all in. I wish I would have asked my Mum & Dad questions about their life when they were alive but, quite honestly, I was not that interested as I was too taken up with what I was doing. It sounds selfish maybe but I think it's a general trend with everybody. My author really listened and produced a book that perfectly describes what I was trying to convey. I have mentioned it to several people who as yet have not decided to go ahead but find it fascinating.

A really through and detailed experience in producing our memory books. We were involved in every step from initial idea though to production and could tweak and mould our story as we went along.
Really looking forward to receiving our books and holding them as a physical memory of our fabulous cruises.

Thanks to Beverley Dupont who listened patiently to my story and did an excellent job.

I’m 78, live in Dublin - my story was about my Adoption journey. Hariny was my Editor
At the outset, I asked to be matched with someone with Irish Roots, so as to have a better understanding of my story. This did not happen and while my interviews were fine, it’s when I received my Outline from her that trouble started.!!
To say my Outline was a Mess is an understatement! No chronological order- what was in one chapter should have been in another! Etc, etc.
It took me over 4 months to correct which I did meticulously by email ( not having word document)
Most of my corrections were not adhered to - leaving me totally frustrated with the process!
Uploading photos not an easy task either, but fortunately
Found Ken who helped me out (at further cost I might add!)
Finally got book over the line early October ‘25 -I started in January!!! I’m glad I stuck with it as I’m happy with how it turned out.i think my grandchildren will be too!
A big thank you to Hariny for her patience and putting the final touches to my book.
Disappointed with writer!!

The initial interview was amazing. The editing afterwards was dreadful. In fact I had to have it reedited elsewhere. use these people at your cost
