Andrew and Paul were helpful, polite and paid a great attention to detail. They cleaned up as they went through the chimney work. We are very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

Andy and his team have completed a very clean and professional job installing our new Jetmaster 700 open fire. They were in and out in 3 days including alterations to the chimney breast and re-plastering to a high quality standard. Andy was extremely helpful in the design and ordering coming out twice to site to ensure we had every aspect covered. We are happy to recommend his services based on our experience.

Prompt service when called for a quote/ advice on multi stove burner. Seemed extremely knowledgeable and we felt confident in the option that we were advised to go with.
The workman were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
Slight,very slight issue with hearth, which was rectified in a matter of days.

Both men worked efficiently with the minimum of disruption and mess created. The installation was completed in half a day and the result was very satisfactory, particularly the very well fitted register plate.

Good people who did a nice clean job and were happy to come back when there was a very minor issue.

Reliable, honest, efficient, conscientious, friendly, hard working, competitively priced and, last but not least, they listened to what I wanted.

We are delighted with the multi-fuel stove that was installed last month. Andrew and his colleagues were very professional and courteous. They arrived promptly on the agreed installation date and the work was completed in half a day. There was very little mess and everything was tidied before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

An excellent all round service from buying my stove to the completion of all work. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions answered honestly. An amazing showroom with a stove to suit everyone's needs with a wealth of knowledge and ability to guide and advise. I would certainly recommend this company.

Every part of dealing with Stovesman has been easy. Andrew arrived on time to give me my first survey prior to quoting. His quote arrived the same day. I felt comfortable dealing with someone who was so proactive.
The day of the work his team arrived early after a long drive to my home and worked very hard all day, then the same the next day. He has a very good relationship with his men and they were hard, happy workers. After the work was finished I was given lots of advice before they left. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They men that came to install the wood burner were tidy, friendly + polite + very professional.

The installation of my multi fuel stove was only completed yesterday, so i cannot comment on the stove as yet, but the installation has been carried out very well. There was quite a lot of plaster to repair and Michael the Hetas installer did a very good job.
My only criticism would be that the dust sheets used to cover the furniture that i had left in the room either had holes in them or where already covered in brick dust, and didn't do there job.
