I was very pleased with the excellent…

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service that was offered me. The gentleman at the store was well informed and helpful. He found the correct parts that I required for my stove without fuss.
I would recommend your business to my friends and family. The parcel arrived on time as expected. Nice job all round, which is rare these days. Thank you.

My order was missing some items

My order was missing some items, so not five stars.
However, customer service was excellent and missing items were promptly dispatched with no shipping charges.

Excellent quality and service

Prompt delivery, part well packaged and protected.
Friendly delivery driver and on time.
Grate bottom was cheaper here, including postage, than in local stores, excellent quality and “to the door” service.
