Great product. I thought it was next day delivery for 6.95 but it wasn’t.
Maybe a bit clearer on the website with some cut off times for next day would help

Sorry for any confusion around the next day delivery. However we do already have a delivery information page that sets out that next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 12 midday. As your order was placed at 13:57 on Thursday, it was processed the following working day in line with this.
We do understand how easy it is for details like this to be missed, but the information is clearly available on the website, including the cut-off times for next day delivery.
That said, we appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback and we’ll continue to look at ways to make this even clearer for customers.

Great service, we had an issue with delivery company fed ex. I emailed stove supermarket about my item they replied very quickly, ended up posting out with different company, came next day. Great to deal with. Would definitely use again (but not fed ex) good price and item was just what I ordered.

order arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately some parts of the order were the incorrect parts for me and needed to be returned. The return process was swiftly dealt with and a prompt refund was received.

Never arrived on time for fitting was told a date for delivery booked to get it fitted the next day but it never arrived till later that night so had to send fitter away
