Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. No complaints about those. My two things are small but annoying. The first evening my fish was way over cooked. They offered to rectify it and did but I had already made up my mind and wasn't happy so that's totally on me. My actual complaint is that when they do the rooms on a guest that is staying over again, they didn't change the bottom sheet on the bed. I wouldn't have minded except there was sand in the bed. However housekeeping changed it and the young man apologized as well as the desk. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay again!
