well i ordered some items when they…
well i ordered some items when they arrived they were almost falling out the weak thing box from e strauss.
so i had to return them and order the correct size.
When this box turned up it was one item short, so back on the phone and sort out another delivery.
i have been a customer for many years, but recently this muddle has made me think that i should look elsewhere for my work clothes. i do not have the time to sort all these problems out.messed up orders, returns then missing items leading to more ordering.
I hope this does not happen again.

very good looking shoes unfortunately worst ever fit, too wide and insoles are awful very uncomfortable. Returned same day via post. Customer service is not good also. they received my return 22.04. 6 days ago and still keep quiet for refund and they claim hassle free return, what a joke.

Quick delivery in a robust box if a little oversized
The chainsaw trousers are very good value for money and not too bulky too wear with plenty of pockets. My workmate was so impressed he ordered a pair for himself to replace his Stihl trousers.
The waist sizing is very generous I am a 34” waist but they feel more like a 35”. Overall very impressed and would recommend

Probably not the thing to say about work trousers but they are GORGEOUS. Fit really well with really light comfy fabric.
