I bought a pair of Gower shoes from Straye and had to return them for a different size. The return was delivered back to them, and that’s where everything fell apart. I reached out multiple times asking when my replacement would ship and whether I’d receive a confirmation email. I never got a single reply.

To this day, I still haven’t received my replacement or even a notification that it was shipped. The complete lack of communication and follow‑through is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Straye again.

My daughter is deaf, so were used to receiving 2nd hand treatment from people, never did i think a company would give us 2nd hand treatment aswell. I wanted my baby to have some cool gear for school, so i ordered her a pair. Received the order, and had to return it because the sizes online were not the size that was on the shoe... we get our exchange, AND IT LOOKS LIKE WE GOT IT FROM A THRIFT STORE, HEAVILY DAMAGED. THE SHOES WERE USED, THE BOX HAD DENTS AND HOLES AND TEARS, EVEN THE STICKER IN THE BOX LOOKED LIKE IT CAME OUT OF A 4 YR OLDS POCKET FULL OF LINT AND TRASH. We use the shoe boxes for storing bday memories for her. When i gave her this box she looked at me confused, not even sure if i actually bought them because of how it all looked. I asked them to correct the issue, and they act like its out of their hands. Clearly, one of your employees dropped the ball, i dont see why its such an issue to correct. Im done letting my daughter get 2nd hand treatment in life PERIOD! And if they thought this problem was gonna go away on its own, theyre sadly mistaken. I WILL ESCALATE THIS TREATMENT TO THE COMPANY AND THE ENTIRE WORLD. Yall should be ashamed of that delivery and correct it. Instead they took my money and told me keep it pushin.

Worst customer service. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. When I questioned the return fees hidden in their policy, I was called a “cheap” customer. Unfortunately, you can’t educate people. However, I’m sure that if I were in front of them, whoever used that language wouldn’t have the audacity to say it.

Sizing is way off! When you contact customer service and tell them the shoes hurt your kids feet they say it’s outside their policy and don’t refund! Go anywhere but here!!!!!!!

Their shoes are so affordable and give a trendy vibe. I love them I’ve been buying them for 6 years and haven’t seen any dip in quality

Shoes look great but glue doesn't hold. This is our second pair of Logan Puffs. First lasted a lot longer. Second pair glue coming undone around the rubber edging within 2 weeks.

Laces fit well on my New Balance 9060's but did not fit on my Jordan 3's.

Still a trash heap of a company. Get other shoes from real companies that support skateboarding. Not this wannabe that wants to steal your money. Period. DON’T BUY THESE.

Great shoes. The shoes are good quality and the shipping to Europe (the Netherlands) was very fast (less than a week). I'm very satisfied with Straye.

Even though they say it in their return policies, they are thieves when it comes to charging so much for returns based on size. In all other online stores, returns can be made without charges even if it has been used. I do not buy any more nor do I recommend it.

Pretty Fast delivery to central Europe(Czech Republic), about 2 weeks. I bought shoes and it fits well and the quality is way better than for example Vans. I can surely approve.

I recently purchase a pair of the Gower sneakers 👟. Unfortunately they fit too big as originally size I order. I’m really disappointed on the respond and I got. Not satisfied with the response and customer service. Thanks.
