Second year now with Streambank and would recommend on the basis of my experience thus far. No slick App like other financial institutions, but good communication and competitive rates.

Simple to reinvest

Our 1 year fixed term saver has just matured. When we opened it a year ago, we needed to phone customer services a few times for help. Always spoke to Rhys who was really helpful, and talked us through the process. When our term was due to mature the process was really easy and we was notified in plenty of time to choose which option we wanted. We will be checking their rates and services in the future.

waited 2 days , no return , rubbish bank to work with

Tried to open a savings account with Streambank and 2 days after the application had been accepted and the account opened, I was still awaiting the bank account number and sort code details to deposit the money. I was informed that the firm used to send out these details was 'updating their records'. As a result, I informed the advisor to cancel my application and that I would open an account with one of their competitors who would be more than happy to accept my savings without ridiculous delays.
