You pay and dont receive any confirmation or any info about the delivery. It takes days and so much effort to get responded by email. And they finally said to me that the product was out of stock and I had to wait two months (initially the website said they had stock)... My experience was a shame...

High quality gym rings, responsive customer service, appreciated.

I have nothing to point out. Everything from the moment of buying to the delivery was perfect.

I bought some great gymnast rings from here and I use them daily, the wood had a couple of splinters but otherwise really good quality

Ordered, paid money but nobody said that it out stock, nobody sent me email about it. It was 10 days ago, now I’m still waiting my order.

Edit: The Streetgains shop contacted me during their hollidays hence the late response and offered me good solution by sending me a new item after their hollidays. And a discount voucher for the inconvenience. The second product also had some miss alignment of the drilled holes to assemble. But combined the two together I could make this work and now I have a pair of nice working parallettes!
So thank you for your helpful service. I can tell this company does care for client satisfaction. I would only recommend a better quality control on this specific product.

I received a very bad made product. I sent an email and I filled in the form on their website but no response whatsoever.
Also delivery came a week later and once receiving it i found out that quality is that bad that I can’t even assemble and use it.

Can someone help me with this problem?

I've ordered the high p bars and they still haven't arrived after 9 days even tho it said that the product would arrive in 7 days maximum.I've tried contacting them but they still didn't respond. my order is 27962.

Best wooden parallettes for best price. Excellent product made by quality materials. Fast shipment to UK. Easy to assemble. Me and my son is very happy with it. I will use StreetGains again with no hesitation.

2. The weight vest I ordered is top quality. Already had a workout with it and it's amazing. Top quality products.

Great customer service. Hand-written note of gratitude included in my order. I purchased a weighted vest. Product is slightly more expensive than others in the market but much much higher quality. Each individual weight is heavier and more compact leading to a smaller vest and the threading and stitching is far superior to anything I have seen. I expect this product will last much much longer. Thank you to everyone at the team :)

I specifically checked before buying the products I wanted where they were manufactured and was told in Europe. However, when the good arrived, the packaging note said they were not not made anywhere near Europe. When someone eventually replied to me, they said that it was for ease of packing in the warehouse that they set a default country of origin on the packing sheet that this was not necessarily where the goods had actually originated. Since I had bothered to specifically check where they were made before purchasing, I was obviously initially disappointed by this but subsequently the customer service were able to prove that the goods were actually from Poland as they had originally informed me.

All a bit odd to be honest but the goods themselves seem to be of good quality, the bands are thick and glossy and the ankle weights are comfortable to use and as portrayed on the photos on the website. Shame about the confusion on origin but hopefully solved honestly and openly.

awful post sale assistance, terrible communication and obviously no phone number. I place order 25883 with bar and dip.
First of all they never notified me about extra fee to pay for the shipment, I found out by chance after few days because my order was still stuck.
Then with some delay they shipped ONLY the dip and were telling me Bar will be available after some days.
I've been waiting over a MONTH and still nothing. My bar is clearly lost somewhere and they are not replying to my emails.

Hope paypal will be able to help me. Trust me, don't order from this website.

Delivery was fast, product was as described and in perfect condition. Perfect user experience, no flaws.

I ordered a 20 kg weight vest with delivery time of 1-3 business days. The seller accepted the order and sent me payment instructions. Right after the payment succeeded the ordered item turned out to be out of stock. I asked many times about expected delivery time but I didn't get the answer. Asked for alternatives I've been waiting for 10 days to see pictures of alternative item but they didn't come and I didn't get any response at all until I insisted for it repeatedly. Instead of offering me a discount the seller offered me to cancel the order. I ended up reminding the seller about delivery of an alternative item almost daily. I have to admit that the items look exceptional good, but is it worth the hassle? The great items they have definitely deserve better customer service.
