Very fast delivery. Ordered at night and next morning I received my package. Love it.

For several weeks I was comparing different weight vests online and eventually I ended up on the StreetGains website. After reading the description and watching the attached video I decided to go for the Weight Vest 20KG Red | StreetGains®. The order process was quick, the delivery was fast and the product quality of the weight vest looks very good (e.g. wide and cushioned shoulder straps, good weight distribution, etc.).

After ordering the weight vest (30 kg), I asked wether the weights were included and got the positive reply swiftly. The vest ist great and well worth the money.
One minor issue: The 30 individual weight bars are NOT 1 kg each, they are between 930 g and 950 g each.

I'm very happy with the product. It's durable, and made with high quality materials. It's heavier than i expected, which is a good thing. The weights are easy to remove and or add.

The only thing that company could to to improve the experience is to make a video on how to put the vest together after receiving it or adding instructions to the delivery box as the belt that holds around the waste isn't attached to the vest when receiving. Other than that it's an amazing product. Would recommend 100%.

I have to be honest when I say this is one of the worst services I've ever encountered. I ordered a couple of items then it took 8 days before I got a message saying the package was over 32kg and therefore it required an extra €14,95 surcharge.
I did the math and calculated that the package should be around 28-30kg. Sent them an email about it and 6 days later I get a reply back saying I'm right and they've started shipping it out.
It then takes almost three weeks for the package to get stuck and sent back to the sender to which I send another email about the situation and that I would like a refund.
Another 6 days later I get an email where they completely ignores the fact that I would like a refund and says they will talk to the delivery service and make sure the package is getting delivered.
I have to send a new email about the fact that I would like that refund and 7 days later I get an email where they say "The purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card."
Sadly because of the whole currency exchange stuff, I lose money on this whole purchase without ever getting it.
All in all, I don't think the equipment is bad at all, its just very unfortunate that I had to experience this service and the whole situation as a whole.

I have recently purchased steel parallettes, 30kg adjustable vest and few resistance bands. Ordering itself went smooth. Personnel very responsive, all my questions were answered almost instantly. Literally same day shipping, therefore package arrived few days earlier. As for actual products - all of impeccable quality.

Ordered from them 4 weeks ago. When contacted 2 weeks ago I was assured my order would be shipped within a few days, before they stopped responding to my emails. Today I have received a notification that my order is now ready to ship.

I wish that I had paid with credit card instead of debit so that I could have done a chargeback once it became apparent they wouldn’t respond to emails regarding the order. Awful merchant, avoid at all cost

Fast delivery,, good product

The experience was overall fine: the order was processed and delivered smoothly.
The negative aspect was the quality of the most expensive speed rope which broke after the first use. This was extremely disappointing.
