5* Customer Service
We recently purchased an item however on opening a part was missing. Emailed the team and Andy immediately responded with an apology and replacement sent straight away. Emailed again to let me know it had been posted. 5* for customer service... such a rare find in this day and age!

From ordering & up to delivery everything was easy & fast. I was able to set up the Red Vase water feature quiet easily on my own. I did contact customer service with a question & received a very quick response & a solution to my question. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I am reviewing my experience with Streetwize - specifically an emove caravan motor mover
I have had two occasions when I needed support
One for a remote control unit and another for failed main bearings
Note the mover is 7 years old
On both the occasions the help I got was second to none
Efficient polite and great product knowledge - something that is very rare in the caravan business

The staff were slow to reply to emails and to return phone calls. The product was over priced. Hence the

This company is excellent. The customer service is friendly, fast and helpful. They're a pleasure to deal with. The prices are all very fair too. When I needed a second part, they were just as lovely to talk to and it came the next day!

Great sales dept let down a little by problem in shipping
The person I dealt through email with (William) in Sales was really helpful and sourced the part I needed.
I’ve knocked a star off as the item was either not sent out or never got delivered.
After waiting almost two weeks I emailed William and he sorted it out and I have now received the item.
Great sales dept but let down in this instance by the shipping dept. Never dealt with them before so could have been a one off
