I called to find the best model to replace a previous Stuart Turner pump which I have been using daily for the last 25 years. Helen, in the tech team, was outstanding and asked for the details of how the pump was being used, so that she completely understood the situation. She identified the best replacement model and suggested places I could buy one. What more could a person want?

I had a 3 bar twin monsoon pump fitted in Oct 2020. It started to randomly run on. They were marvellous. Replaced the pump, reimbursed the plumbers cost for fitting etc as they didn’t have a service engineer & collected the old pump. Excellent service can’t recommend them too highly.

Eddie on the technical helpdesk very helpful in identifying possible causes of reduced flow rate in our power shower.

I had a complaint not about the excellent product which Turner Stuart manufacture but in respect of a component which was necessary to use with their pump. This particular component was not a part of their pumps but was a general use item.
My pump was nearly one year out of Stuart Turner's normal guarantee when the component sprung a serious leak which caused some damage in the immediate area. After rectifying the cause of the leak within two days the pump ceased up due to water penetration. I replaced the pump and lodged a complaint with Stuart Turner arising from the component that I had to use with their pump. Initially they suggested that the component was covered by their guarantee which would make for my claim to a new pump being invalid.
The matter was eventually dealt with by their Technical Support Department a Jason Acock who was excellent in dealing with customers. They accepted that my claim was a valid one by replacing my old pump, which was outside guarantee, by a brand new one. I found their decision to be very adult, generous and well handled by Jason on behalf of their department making me appreciate that there are still some companies in the world who will go beyond normal to satisfy customers who use their excellent products.

Personal phone call after initial bad review. I originally gave Stuart Turner Ltd a 1 star review after failing to register my pump after several attempts. Jason made contact shortly after and within 12 hours he had provided me with the warranty. He apologised and explained the reasons why communication had broken down. Very happy with the eventual outcome. Thank you Jason.

We had a problem with a 1.5bar showermate twin pump which was in its warranty period and had to call the technical dept of Stuart turner where i spoke to a very knowable tech guy called Eddy. We discussed the problem which revolved around the magnetic flow switch and he came to the conclusion the unit should be replaced. We were very pleased with customer service and was delighted at the swift and efficient way Eddy dealt with the issue and would most certainty recommend Stuart Turner.

I have been installing stuart turner accumilators and pumps for years. We had a problem with a vessel which needed replacing under warrranty. I was informed if we carried out the replacement they would remburse me straight away. Weeks later im still chasing them for payment and just being ignored. certainly the last Sturat Turner i will install
Have used several supersub 250 VA 46539 myself and for customers.
Reliability and longevity were a problem, some lasted under 12 months some just over, in continuous use 24 hrs all year round.
After problems with several Stuart Turner supplied me with 2 replacements which I thought was fair considering my problems. Did not fit straight away as always have a spare on standby.
Pump packed up so I fitted 1 of the spares, all fine for 6 hours when lost power problem was a screw on the bottom opened up and water shooting everywhere. So fitted the 2nd pump and contacted customer service.
Came back with no replacement as not under warranty.
So 6 hrs use before breaking is not deemed an acceptable reason for supplying a replacement.
Very unhappy and suprised at the response from a supposed pump leader.

What a genuinely refreshing experience dealing with Helen at Stuart Turner. Our water pump is 10 years old and, despite this, Helen was extremely knowledgable and made several suggestions for fixing the issue. This worked straight away and certainly saved us an expensive plumbers bill. If I could award 6 stars I would! Thank you Helen. BTW, I’m assuming it was Helen I spoke to as she sent the follow up email message.

Technical assistance was brilliant. While they didn't hold the stock of the parts I required they gave me a list of stockists. The stockist I went to locally said the parts were obsolete, so I emailed Eddie who I had spoken to and he kindly sent me a link to where I could buy the parts I needed. Job done!

On installing a new Stormboost pump, the switch on the consumer unit repeatedly tripped. Eddie McCreadie (technical support at Stuart Turner) was incredibly helpful and immediately sent me a replacement which was an excellent gesture of goodwill.
Still the same problem, but then I noticed that there was a small cut in the short piece of cable that I had used to extend the power supply and this was causing a short circuit. With a replacement extension, the pump worked perfectly and so the fault was of my own making. By this time, Eddie had already arranged for the 'replacement' pump to be collected so I was spared the inconvenience of posting it back myself.
Wonderful service from Eddie (quite unlike Salamander!) and very grateful of his willingness to help.

Our pump recently started switching on for no discernible reason, forcing us to power it off when we weren't showering. Stuart Turner promptly arranged for an engineer to attend who spent around an hour diagnosing and then resolving the fault with replacement parts. All working now! Great efficient service.

Had an issue with a monsoon pump and got great assistance from Eddie McCreadie in customer care. Very professional and very prompt, can ask for more than that.

Today I called technical support after having difficulties with my Stuart Turner pump. Helen listened carefully to the problem, viewed the photographs and after asking clear questions talked me through the problems.
Nothing was too much trouble to her. I was delighted to talk to an extremely competent person who took the time to explain things to me.
Thank you Helen!

Unfortunately the installers club website at Stuart and Turner has been broken for at least 6 months and therefore you cannot register any warranty's in this way which is a shame. However I have been e-mail these over and they have been very quick to register them and confirm back to me that they have been registered which is good. Eddie McCreadie has been great

We had a Stuart Turner pump installed but it ended up being faulty and flooded our whole house. My pregnant wife, toddler and I had to move out for over three months. 18 months later they have still not accepted liability, have not paid for any of the damage and have just blanked us. The fact it was faulty from the production line was proven by an independent assessor but they have just completely abandoned us. It was still within warranty. Awful awful and stressful experience.
Adam put on a great training day for us, we all came away feeling like we really understand the products now.
Spoke with Helen today in technical support over an odd fault, absolutely amazing help went over and above ! Even emailed fault finding chart over ! If only every tec support was as good as her !
Thanks again Helen you’re an absolute star !
