We bought tickets through StubHub, but when we arrived at the venue the tickets had already been used by someone else and we could not enter the event. Nobody has refunded us yet, despite all the evidence provided. Very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not trust this platform again.

I was offered a partial refund for my tickets by Eva from Stubhub so I'm much happier with my experience now and changed my review to 4 stars.
Was really wary about buying from Stubhub as I've heard mixed reviews, however, everything was fine. Tickets arrived 4 days before the event and ticket transfer was really easy. Only thing I don't like is the crazy pricing, if the touts who sell on StubHub had to follow a fair pricing cap I would have given it more stars but I find it really frustrating that I have to buy resale tickets at 3 times the original price.

Is Mr. Eric Baker, CEO of StubHub, aware of the number and content of the reviews published here about his company? he shocked by what he reads? And what is he doing about it?
I am almost certain that many of the positive reviews are not genuine.
StubHub has withheld €500 from me and refuses to refund it despite dozens of exchanges with its customer service.
I have dealt with 6 different representatives, provided screenshots at their request, and still received no substantive response to my complaint.
The many negative reviews available online unfortunately reflect my own experience.
I have had to file a police complaint regarding this matter involving StubHub.
StubHub’s practices deserve to be examined by the relevant authorities.

At first I’m going to be completely honest I thought it was a scam because of the way UEFA was talking about 3rd party sellers however they had a concierge service which is good for me because the lady I talked to Sofia G was able to give me great reassurance that the tickets were real and I was able to get them from the seller and enter the stadium to the champions league final. Even if it wasn’t real I would’ve 100% gotten a refund so I give them my complete trust

Paid double for standing tickets listed as seated. Unable to attend. No resolution.
On 11 April 2026, we purchased two tickets for concert 2 May through StubHub. The listing displayed: Section: Stalls, Seats: 36 and 37 - complete with a seating map showing two specific seats highlighted within a stalls layout, and prompts referencing 'more seats near you' in the same row. At no point was it disclosed that these were standing tickets. We were specifically searching for seated tickets due to a recent spine injury. That context made accurate listing information critical - not a minor inconvenience. We paid $420.32 each, in the reasonable belief that the seat numbers, stall designation, and visual seating map reflected an allocated seated position. On the same day, standing tickets were available directly through Ticketmaster for $199 each - less than half what we paid, reinforcing our belief we paid for allocated seating. It was only upon arrival at the venue that we were told 'seats' were standing. We were unable to attend and had to leave. This is not a case of buyer error. The listing contained specific seat numbers, a detailed seating visual, and a stalls designation - all of which created a clear and reasonable impression of allocated seating. That impression was false. Whether this reflects deliberate misrepresentation or a failure of platform oversight, the outcome is the same: we paid double the market rate for tickets we could not use. Customer support has not responded. No refund. No resolution. StubHub took the money and disappeared. Avoid.

Absolutely horrible experience with StubHub International. I bought tickets for an Arsenal match and got completely scammed. The tickets I received were not valid, and I was left stressed, disappointed, and embarrassed on the day of the game. I spent a lot of money only to find out I had been deceived.
What makes this even worse is the customer service. They kept promising they would call me back, but no one ever did. Every time I contacted them, I was given excuses and no real help. After 72 hours they suddenly claimed they could no longer help me or refund my money, even though the issue was reported and they promised follow-up.
It honestly feels like they do not care about customers at all once they have your money. There is no proper protection, no accountability, and no urgency when someone gets scammed through their platform.
I would NEVER recommend StubHub to anyone. If you are buying tickets for an important event like an Arsenal match, stay far away from this company unless you want to risk losing your money and ruining your experience. Worst ticket-buying experience I have ever had.
