This is a criminal organization. I bought concert tickets for over €400 in a prime category. I was sent tickets from a completely different Laur category. I did not even download those tickets, but was never refunded by step up. Despite various complaints on the Customerservice hotline, I have never received a reply. I can only advise everybody to never ever use this platform as there is literally no certainty that you receive what you actually pay for.

It says ticket prices are set by sellers but I’m surprised when listing a ticket that the price listed is 30% higher than what I posted. It seems rather misleading that they have a discretionary pricing mechanism that results in a 40-50% commission rate.

The platform is very good and has a good variety of concerts and everything went smoothly. The tickets were genuine and I was able to access the event. However, I found the price I paid to be well above the actual ticket value, and only after purchasing did I find out that there is a law here that prohibits ticket resale with such a large price difference. It is a crime. Anyway, I am satisfied with this purchase but in the future I will use another platform that also resells tickets but has better rules regarding fairer prices.

The tickets were real! And that's all I needed to know. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they claim when opening the website all fees are included but then hit you with a sneaky added fee and taxes at the checkout screen. Please double check the price before paying!!

Very poor platform, for buyers and sellers alike. I received no notification that my tickets had been sold; I am away at sea, so had largely forgotten about them. I then found an email in my Junk folder, from the previous day, reminding me to transfer tickets, and instructing me to do so by the end of the day. By the time I had seen this communication, StubHub had already deleted my listing (making it impossible for me to transfer tickets) and have charged me a c. £70 fee.
I won’t buy or sell on this platform again.

I purchased a match ticket from StubHub on 1st December 2025, for Manchester City vs Arsenal, which took place in the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 19th April 2026. I was looking forward to this match for over four months as I am a life long City fan. I travel from Ireland to Manchester and have puchased tickets from StubHub in the past.
On the 12th January 2026, I was informed by StubHub that this ticket was unavaible and was offered an alternative ticket which I accepted in good faith. I was informed that the new seller would ''deliver it as soon as possible'' and that ''everything is handled with priority''. This could not have been further from the reality!
On the Friday before the match with no sign of the ticket, I emailed StubHub twice and then phoned to reach out for assistance but to no avail. On Saturday at 13.13pm, while boarding the flight in Dublin Airport, I received an email from the seller with a link to download the ticket. This link had been issued to him by Man. City on the previous Wednesday but as StubHub allows sellers to wait until 24 hours before sending the ticket, this gives very little time to resolve any issues that may arise.
The ticket from the seller could not be downloaded as his membership pass had already been downloaded onto the maximum allowed devices and would then have to be unlocked by Manchester City Support. After six emails between the seller and myself on Saturday and Sunday morning, he informed me that he was waiting on a reply from the Club to unlock the download limit and would let me know, but he never contacted me again.
On realising that there was a seious issue with this ticket, I rang StubHub on Saturday evening at 18.45 and again on Sunday at 12.35pm to request an alternative ticket, but to no avail. Alternative tickets WERE available as I got an email from StubHub Sales inviting me to purchase another ticket for the same match three hours before kick off.
One hour and ten minutes before kick off the StubHub Representive emailed me to tell me he had contacted the seller and the ticket was ready to download. Unfortunately this turned out not to be the case and I then had to resort to looking for a pub in Manchester to watch the match on TV. This weekend turned into my worst nightmare with my stress levels through the roof!
In StubHub's sales jargon, the buyer has FanProtect 100% Guarantee which '' ensures you will be able to enter the event''. This did not happen for me.
A refund was issued nine days later. However, StubHub fail to understand the concept of Customer Satisfaction if they think that a customer who looked forward to an event for months and spent hundreds of euros on flights and hotel accomodation and subsequently did not receive a ticket, could possibly be happy with a refund. All the StubHub representatives that I dealt with very casual and there was no sense of urgency to try and get me to the event.
Never again!!

Everything went well. It was my first time using these platforms and after making the purchase there is no support. No answer. You have to be anxious until you get the tickets. I only received them 48 hours before the concert. But the place was amazing and everything went well.

Not going to lie I was worried about using a reselling website, but I worried for nothing!!!
I couldn’t recommend them any higher, amazing experience, great communication and will definitely use them again if my daughter decides last minute she wants to attended a festival or gig.
