The worst company. A proper scam!!!!

People buying pre-sale tickets today should not be able to advertise on here a few hours later for 4 times the price!

StubHub allows ticket touts to buy tickets and significantly raise the pricing of tickets. I have been waiting to buy NFL tickets on the presale for the Eagles v Jags game, and already tickets are on there for 4x the face value. Extortion. These are not really fans. They are just making a quick buck and should be banned from buying tickets. Stubhub allows them to do so. I will keep writing 1-star reviews until they actively step in to stop this.

It was really easy to acquire the tickets and they arrived within a day to download them into wallet. 0 problems in the stadium entry and an amazing experience overall

Premium priced tickets (€142 each x3) at worst seats in ground. Top last row in top corner. Only told this 4 hours before game when got tickets. Then tickets cancelled 3 hrs before game and re-issued. Lucky i checked my emails. Never use stubhub. Disaster and rip off from start to finish. Disgrace.

Sure and easy

We had an issue with our tickets not being released by the promised date. We had travelled to London from Canada to catch a football match as part of a dream trip for my kids. However, Martin, from customer service swooped in and saved the day.

He was extremely supportive and responsive. He was the one who reached to me to explain the issue and was very reassuring that he would solve the problem, which he did.

StubHub means it when they say your tickets are guaranteed. They will go through walls to make sure you get what you paid for.

It was very easy to go through the steps to obtain a ticket for the game. I had an issue, the ticket was for the away team section, and I believe I asked for a home ticket. I sent an email in about the issue, this has not be replied to. For my sake I would like to know did I make the mistake.

I was a bit sceptical at first as it was my first time using the site.
Tickets came a couple of days before the match so my worries were eased. Great seats for the price we paid.
Seller also mailed to check if u had received and instructed me how to upload them.

Very convenient, I flew from outside UK for the match and it was amazing how convenient this was, tickets were sent to me before I arrived, seating was OK, there was a continuous follow up to make sure I got in and everything was going well, thank you it was a very good experience

This was recommended by a friend when I was looking to buy tickets for the Real Madrid game in bulk. The interface was definitely much easier to navigate than the actual website and it was easier to buy multiple tickets since I was purchasing for a group.

They wouldn't let me download the tickets. After I'd already paid a fortune. I had to buy two more tickets at the ticket booth from scalpers, paying in cash. After paying €152, I had to pay another €100 in cash.

It's a disgrace. Even with the booking reference and after calling their customer service line, they couldn't help. I've filed a complaint; I imagine they won't even reply.

I request a refund.

Landed in Madrid on the day of a LALIGA match and it was too late to get tickets. Went on to StubHub and managed to get 3 tickets with no hassle. Thought it was a scam at first but I was wrong.

Easy to handle the web site. No matter if you buy or sell. Transaction work well.

Everything went smoothly. From payment to delivery. I am very happy with the overall experience

Title: Sold invalid tickets, denied entry, then refused refund on a technicality

I purchased tickets through StubHub International for the FC Porto football match at Estádio do Dragão (May 17th, 2026, re schedule to May 16th, 2026). Upon arriving at the venue, my tickets were rejected at the gate (I used Apple wallet as instructed by email)— they had already been scanned and were invalid for entry. I was denied access to the event despite holding what appeared to be valid tickets purchased through StubHub's platform.

I immediately contacted StubHub customer service, followed their entire claims process, filled out and submitted their official affidavit, and provided all requested documentation. After going through all of this, StubHub refused my refund — claiming the documents were submitted after a "72-hour deadline."

This is unacceptable. StubHub sold me fraudulent tickets, and when I did everything right to claim a refund, they used a paperwork technicality to avoid taking responsibility. Their so-called "FanProtect Guarantee" is meaningless if they can reject valid claims on bureaucratic grounds.

I am now filing formal complaints with DECO PROteste (Portugal's consumer protection body) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, and initiating a chargeback through my bank.

Do not trust StubHub International with your money. If something goes wrong at the gate, you are on your own.
