UPDATE*** They replied to this comment with a nice "we are working on it" everyone please note: I sent emails to them and they don't bother in replying, it has been now 8 weeks and they are still holding $1000, not communicating and leaving the situation beyond frustating.

I ordered tickets, at high cost, which I was aware of. I had purchased premium tickets. The tickets that were delivered were in a completely different category. I opened a case with StubHub on email to resolve. No response. I called three times to resolve. Unqualified response. Just a frustrating and terrible experience. This is the last time I ordered with StubHub.

I did unfortunately receive the wrong tickets, which was really frustrating, however, Juan Carlos from the customer service team was very helpful. He apologised and arranged a partial refund. I am relieved they did manage the mix up and came to a joint agreement with me.

We would not recommend using StubHub based on our experience.
We spent over €2,600 on 8 tickets for tomorrow’s FA Cup Final, yet we still have not received the tickets despite the match being less than 22 hours away. StubHub promises a 100% refund if tickets are not fulfilled, and our tickets were due to be delivered by 14th May at the latest. After several calls to customer service, we still have neither the tickets nor a refund.
StubHub charged us €462 in fees to secure these tickets, We were repeatedly told that the seller is a “reliable” and “premium” seller that StubHub works with regularly, yet nobody has been able to tell us where our seats are located.
To make matters worse, we recently received a what’s app message asking which team we support, which strongly suggests that StubHub is now trying to source replacement tickets at the last minute instead of providing the tickets we originally purchased.
Because of the uncertainty, we had no choice but to source alternative tickets ourselves through a more reliable provider. We are now trying to resell the tickets purchased through StubHub, but because we still have no seat information, this has proven extremely difficult.
The entire experience has been incredibly stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. Although the costumer service representatives have all been lovely they have been unable to resolve the issue, management have yet to return a call to me, their communication has been poor throughout, and we are still waiting for a proper resolution.
Based on this experience, we would not recommend using StubHub
Update:
8 hours before the FA cup final and still no tickets!!! Costumer service repeatedly telling us that the tickets will be with us shortly and that management don’t ever speak to anyone on the phone.
It has become very evident that they are scamming people on an ongoing basis.

I spent ages trying to resolve an issue through the apps unhelpful "help centre".
As this was an urgent matter, I reluctantly called the customer service hotline.
Admittedly, I was pissed off due to the unsuccessful run around with the in app support system.
However, Yamila the customer service representative was EXCEPTIONAL.
Yamila quickly resolved my issue in a helpful and friendly manner and so I just wanted to say thanks to this agent in particular, who is deserving of praise!

I have just had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Stubhub International. I am very, very, very disappointed with the service and the attitude around my order.
I bought 2 tickets for a premier league game the week before last. The order was placed in February.
One day before the game, I had received no communication from anyone and called the Stubhuh International customer support line late in the afternoon. After an exceptionally long delay, I spoke to an agent who said they would escalate and get back to me. Nobody got back to me.
Following a review of my order and now hugely stressed, I called the customer support line again and got through after nearly an hours wait. In addition to not getting a ticket, I advised them that my order had been downgraded in terms of the tickets on offer. When I got through to the agent and explained all, she saw the issue, apologised profusely and said it would be escalated and sorted. Nobody got back to me
On the morning of the game, just as we were heading to the airport to travel to the game, I received 2 emails.
When I opened the links, I got a message indicating that my phone does not support contactless, I should go through another barcode etc, to get tickets. Nothing worked and there was no valid tickets.
Indicating my phone did not support contactless is wrong and actually represents reprehensible behaviour as it tries to ship responsibility to the client. It is also technically nonsensical. I have an Iphone 16 Promax and it is fully NFC and contactless enabled and is active by default for all uses, so what is outlined here is completely wrong. I use it all of the time and it never fails.
I was now unable to do anything further for the next number of hours as I took my flight. On arrival in the UK, I tried the service centre but failed to get to an agent.
Now in the UK and travelling to the ground and phenomenally stressed, the next communications were another statement that as my device was not contactless enabled, I needed to do other stuff. It did not work.
This clearly means these are fake “tickets”. Since the start of the 25/26 season, all tickets at this ground without exception are NFC enabled.
As a final attempt from one of these multiple organisations now communicating with me, I got an email (with no ability to add to a wallet - so it was impossible they were valid). This was now less than 2 hours before the game. I had to source alternative tickets through other contacts..
This experience which was planned to be a nice weekend turned into a highly stressful couple of days and to call it shocking and appalling treatment would be an understatement.
Having done everything and not getting valid tickets, I engaged with their alleged FanProtect 100% guarantee by email 2 days later. No response over a week later. StubHub International's FanProtect 100%guarantee is meaningless. The guarantee states “Your tickets will arrive in time, be valid and exactly what you purchased”. I received nothing on time, nothing valid and indeed what I purchased in my order initially was changed without any communication with me.
In summary, no valid tickets, no refund, appalling treatment. If I was allowed give them a minus score rating, I would.

I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub.
Approximately one month before my event, I discovered that my tickets had been transferred to an email address that was not mine and was never authorized by me. I immediately contacted StubHub support and spent weeks trying to resolve the issue through emails and live chat.
Despite multiple contacts before the event date, no effective solution was provided in time. Because the event was nearly sold out, I was forced to purchase alternative tickets at my own expense in order not to miss the event entirely.
I also attempted a chargeback with my bank, but StubHub disputed it claiming the tickets had been transferred correctly — even though the transfer involved an unauthorized email address.
The most frustrating part is that the StubHub FanProtect Guarantee did not protect me in this situation involving unauthorized activity and compromised ticket access.
I strongly recommend that buyers carefully verify and monitor their ticket transfers and account activity when using this platform.
