Great mask really making a difference. I had an issue with the remote charger so contacted customer services who were excellent.

Terrible company do not be scammed into dealing with them. I thought I was purchasing from Superdrug but not so. My parcel never arrived. Delivery was through Amazon but when I tried to track the order they told me it didn’t belong to me, they stated my order had been rejected but it was never delivered, I have ring bell door proof that they never came to my house. Superdrug told me to contact “Teamtom” which was an absolute joke as they will not answer my phone call or email. Save yourself money and do not deal with this disreputable company, they will take your money, send you nothing and then ignore you. I will not be ignored. I paid Superdrug so my contract is with them if legal action is needed

Arrived very quickly.Good clear instructions easy to put together. Have started using the mask to hopefully help with rosacea.

Superb company to deal with. I placed an order which turned out to be out of stock, received an email to advise of this and asked if I'd like to wait for restock or receive a refund. I was happy to wait and emailed several days later to enquire if there was any news and received a prompt and friendly reply (from a human not a bot) answering my query. Item has arrived, extremely well packaged, super quality and I am so pleased with it. Very happy to support a British company and wish them every success!

Prompt delivery. All good at the moment.Early days to see any effects. Only gripe is the instructions are super small type but I went on youtube so ok.

Bit discombobulated by the purchasing process. You had given me a welcome discount, plus I was aware there was a possible Dr Abs one too that I could use.
I found that there was no relevant box to enter any code during the checkout process.
I sent several emails to the indicated email asking for advice re this and they all were undeliverable because you weren’t accepting emails on the email address you gave on your website for contacting you. Never had this type of experience before when buying something.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PURPOSE ! NONE OF THE HOLDERS HELD MY BRUSHES STRAIGHT ENOUGH FOR THIS ITEM TO WORK - AND IT DID NOT DRY BRUSHES IN ANY WAY - DESPITE THE CLAIMS THAT IT WOULD SUIT ALL BRUSH SIZES
