Love these products!!!! Amazing to use. I initially got them for all my hair ups but I even use them for all my regular blowdrys! Especially with dry hair the smooth cream makes the hair unbelievable soft but not flat!
Highly recommend!

28 mm tong
I have the 28mm tong, heat mat, hair wrap and styling product range.
On the whole, the products are great. I like that the styling products are cruelty free.
The heat mat is very effective.
The tong was amazing, giving fast results. Unfortunately, the clamp and rotating mechanism have broken in only 10 months and the tong emits smoke.
So gutted 😭 as it’s not a cheap tong.

UPDATE - Hi Claire, I'm pleased that this case was resolved under warranty. The returned Tong has been tested and the clamp and rotation issue was due to the clamp becoming lifted from its original position, which is fortunately a simple fix. We could only simulate steam from the Tong when it was used on hair with moisture or products in. Both of these elements are shown in the video, which has been emailed to you. I have all of the tools, all of the brushes, several heat mats, and have recently purchased the brand new styling products, which I'm so happy about as they're cruelty free and vegan friendly.
The tools are outstanding.
The tongs are like no others I've ever used, and the unique rotating barrel makes curling so much quicker and easier.
The wand and straighteners are also fantastic to work with - all are definitely made with the professional stylist in mind.
Saying that, I also use them for my own hair.
I also use The Wide One mixed bristle brush on my hair as I have a weave in, it is superb for all hair types and I find that not only does it stop any matting at the roots where my weave is, but the shine it creates on my hair is superb. It really tames those flyaways too.
I'm in the early stages of trying out the brand new products recently added to the Stylr Pro range, and so far I'm seriously impressed.
I've been looking for alternatives to the usual arsenal of professional styling products used by many stylists, as the ones which work the best are sadly not cruelty free.
Stylr Pro have solved that problem with this great new range!
Happy to say ALL of their products are cruelty free and vegan friendly.
And to be honest, I'm finding I have an even more perfect finish to my styles with these products than I ever did with other well known professional hair products.
They're are five products in the range and they do cover most of what a professional stylist will need.
I do still use a few other products, but I've definitely replaced Schwarzkopf Liquid Pump, Tamewild, Volume Up, OSIS Sparkle Shine, OSIS Flatliner, and Lome Heat Defence, to name but a few, with the Stylr Pro range of products.
Products that work better than the ones I were using AND their cruelty free status was a no brainer for me.
So, I do have pretty much everything Stylr Pro stock! And there's a very good reason - Best tools and products. Fact.
Thanks Stylr Pro, you really have the most fantastic range, and I can sleep better knowing I'm now using so many cruelty free products!
