Do not order from them!!
Ordered end of Feb 22. As of 7th May no goods, no refund, no communication (or replies to my chase ups) no answer on the phone. Depending on how much you spent, small claims court costs £35 and they may have to reimburse that as well as initial purchase price and interest.

Ordered a sample perfume for £13.50 nearly 2 months ago, money taken from my account straight away but have I received my purchase… of course not.this is a scam, they don’t reply to emails or refund your money, they just ignore you, Subscents want prosecuting for theft

Don’t use this company, it’s fake!
As with all the other reviews I paid my money but never received the item. I also have tried contacting them via email, several times, nothing, and the phone number they have provided - well yes you guessed it it doesn’t work! Clearly just a scam, will not make the mistake of purchasing without going to Trustpilot first. Don’t waste your money!

I believe this is probably a scam as suggested in other reviews..money taken straight away but no products have arrived .The company does not respond to emails but sent one over a week ago saying the products were on their way and should be delivered next day..needless to say nothing has arrived..have been asked to review my order even though it has never arrived. Would give this no stars but not possible on this site.

You get the service you pay for
I’ve given these guys a two start review before but they have emailed me a voucher code for 15% off. You do receive the product eventually and to be honest if your not willing to pay full price for top end perfume then don’t expect top end service

Still haven't received order
Ordered a 5ml sample on January 31st. Have since sent 3 emails and called twice. No answer to anything and far later than the delivery promise of 5 working days. Had intended to sort sample of perfume so my mum could smell it before buying larger bottle. Given my £13.50 order hasn't arrived and I've had zero contact, can only say I'm lucky I didn't place a more expensive one.

Not legit at all. This company takes your money.
Unfortunately, as per other recent reviews, I think this company is out of business. They've taken the payment but haven't sent any samples to me. I ordered 2 weeks ago. You try and call, no answer. Sent an email 7 days ago, no answer. Luckily I paid with PayPal so will be opening a dispute to get my money back
