Easy to navigate the website and order. Delivered within a reasonable time frame and it's a great way to try different fragrances without spending £100's on a bottle. Also good if you like a variety of scents but are on a budget.

Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Subscents. My order was confirmed immediately and progress communicated at every stage plus fast free delivery. The sample arrived attractively packaged. I would definitely order again.

So I had ordered from Subscents almost a year ago and didn't have the best experience. I received an e-mail somewhat recently saying they had changed management and I decided to give them another chance.

The ordering process was really smooth and I received my sample a little less than a week after ordering. Overall I'm happy with the experience and would use them again!

Absolutely no communication in 11 days since ordering. Was promised dispatch asap and 3 days later nothing. Glad I used PayPal so was easy to get back via resolution centre

I had ordered my sample and then seen so many negative reviews. I instantly emailed lee who happens to have taken over from the previous management and reassured me he is making every effort to get the company back from its poor customer service experience most have previously experienced. Product arrived within time frame and more than happy to give it 5 stars. Well done and trust me it’s a different set up.

I firstly had a terrible experience. My product didn’t arrive and they would not reply to any of my communication. Then I received an email from “Lee” who has now taken over the business. He transferred my money, plus he posted the original scent I ordered (and all within a day or two). I would not have ordered from this company again. I now feel safe to do so. Thank you Lee

Slightly worried about ordering with the reviews but received my order faster than stated on website. Would definitely order again and aftershave was fire

After ordering Iread the reviews about subscents and was very worried that i wouldn't receive my order, I must say i received my order within the 5 days as stated and creed product is fine..I will order again as no issues at all

Oh dear, I too have been caught by this rogue company.
And I thought I was quite savvy...obviously not!
The website looks smart, functions well and all seems above board.
Placed order, money charged to my card instantly...and then nothing!
No response to emails. Telephone just rings and then voicemail.
I am pissed off to say the least.
People that setup and run these sort of scam sites need to be hunted down and locked up.

I thought i had been scammed, but i received my sample roughly a month after ordering - poor delivery times but the overall product is great, and i'd like to apologise for the rough review i gave beforehand

What ever you do. Don’t buy anything from them !!!

Ordered from them, nothing turned up luckily used PayPal and got a refund checked my bank account and they had setup a direct debit using a fake PayPal account for the same amount of money that I had used to purchase aftershave so if you have bought from them CHECK your bank account,as this was for every six months.

I had previously given a 1* after 3 weeks of no communication or receiving any product, although 4 weeks later my perfume sample has arrived and no complaints with the actual product.
