Overall amazing!
Super quick after ordering, very fast delivery. Phonecall to confirm order and delivery date within an hour of ordering. Delivery men were polite, helpful and efficient. The mattress is amazing! Will definitely order again!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and staff very helpful. I was unsure of colours and they sent me extra samples which they chose themselves in line with my colour theme which was a really nice thing to do. From ordering the bed it only took 10 days for it to arrive. They give you a time slot and the facility to track where they are which was really helpful. The men who assembled it were very courteous and took their shoes off without me asking. We ordered an ottoman and they were very thorough in showing us how it works. Beautiful bed and excellent quality. I was recommended to sueno through a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We purchased 2 headboards both well made, sturdy and beautifully upholstered headboards . Great value for money . Very helpful support over the phone prior to ordering. I was able to track the delivery in real-time . Delivery guys were helpful , friendly.

Excellent well made beds & headboards.
This is now my 2nd bed from Sueno and I’m again delighted. Great quality well made bed. Love the velvet fabric and choice of colours. Drawers run smoothly and are finished off unlike some bed bases. Delivery was quicker than expected too. Put in space, unwrapped and packaging all taken away.
My first had a wonderful headboard and ottoman base. This time it was a 4 drawer premier divan.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Great experience
I contacted Sueno after a really bad experience with another brand. Lindsey was very helpful on the phone and sent me samples right away. I was able to place my order and confirm the fabric a couple of ays later. The delivery was very fast and painless. The bed is beautifully made and everyone that I interacted with was lovely.
